Works extremely well. Even if you don’t have a Tesla this charger is one to buy.

Great to have power for any EV in your own home. Well designed and works beautifully.

I used my EV credit provided by the dealership. However, unfortunately it didn’t cover Tesla products. So I purchased this on my Best Buy card and use the credit for the electrician and installation. Everything was up and running within the hour and have not had any issues. I’m going on one year with my Tesla charger at home and also ordered the adapter for my car when I’m out and about. Does exactly what it’s intended to and quickly. Would definitely purchase again.

Excellent charger! I considered an aftermarket option but am very glad I chose the Tesla charger. It integrates smoothly with the app and allows easy adjustment of amperage. Overall, a great product.

Everyone should have this if you have an EV. Being able to reliably have the Tesla infrastructure for EVs is the best way to make sure you car gets what it needs. The Tesla app just has so much more data than any others on the market. We love being able to swap the chargers to Tesla and then to Audi whenever we need. The cord is also long! Love that!

Having this thing is convenient because I can charge my wife's Mach-E and a Tesla if we get one. My only issues is that as of today, the adapter gets stuck in the charger and people on reddit have discussed having a similar issues. After 30 minutes of it being stuck, it now was able to disconnect but what if it happens again and stays stuck? Maybe being a charger with an adapter isn't the way to go. There should be a bypass to release the adapter but there isn't. It's very frustrating.

Has been a great charger. Quick easy set up. Did need to hire professional for wiring. Works great for our GM EV.

So far so good. It took a little while to be available so I had to charge on a level 1 charger for 9 weeks. The install was pretty simple. Took the guys I hired a little bit over an hour to do a 35 foot run inside my garage. The device was immediately seen and connected to my wifi network. I've had it running for about 6 weeks now and haven't had any issues to report. I have it setup to only charge at certain hours and its working perfectly fine with the Mustang Mach-E that I bought.

Purchased the charging unit as it was not available immediately at Tesla. Fast Easy purchase...was ready at the pickup counter. Great youtube tutorials for installation. You will want an electrician, luckily I have one in the family.

Bought to "future proof" charger with all manufacturers switching to NACS. Currently using with Kia EV6 - no issues. Adapter design is great, super easy to use and nice to always know the adapter is in the charger. Note there are two apps needed to use - the Tesla app for charge scheduling and the Tesla One app (meant for installers but you can use as the owner too) to change amperage settings. Running mine at 40 amps, car sees around 9.2/9.3 kW.

Beautifully designed and charges all EV vehicles. The app is excellent especially to set charging schedules.
