Great for a two EV family, Tesla & Non-Tesla

(Having to use an adapter makes it not quite as convenient with a Tesla, but worth it for the flexibility and future proofing.)

First unit did not work

Tesla replaced it under warranty in about 10 days and the new one has worked fine for two weeks now. It charges my new 23 Bolt EUV just great.

No smart features

The online connectivity feature is simply to get updates, but doesn’t allow you to schedule charge times or see any metrics whatsoever. The bill quality, however, appears decent.

Tesla great, Best Buy OK, UPS totally screwed up.

However, I ended up getting it from Amazon after UPS totally screwed up delivery and then sent it back to Best Buy without discussing with me. Best Buy has been OK about refunding my money, but not great. I still am not sure if the refund has gone through.
