Will work and continue to work if you pass it down to your children's children. Acceptable to use on the Engineering FE exam. Although, I would love to do operations post calculations such as Square root etc... So it requires you to think out your equation before you enter it. Not like other calculators that I wished that they implemented here.

I bought this calculator as a school requirement. It also meets the requirements for ACT/SAT/AP for testing so you can use it during exams. The calculator is pretty straight forward to use. However I'd recommend familiarizing yourself with it first before going into a testing environment.

My son's teacher requested this particular calculator for his math class. One of Best Buy's employees said he has been using this same model since he was in middle school and is still using it this being his senior year. This seemed to make my son happy and excited to know this will be a good calculator for him for the next several years. Let's hope he will continue to stay excited! :)
