Great calculator! I bought this for my son who is in 7th grade and needed it for his math class. He has had no issues and says that it works great.

Used it for my math final exam fulfilled its purpose

Bought it for a math college course and it has all the functions I need. There is a less bulky calculator similar to this one that I would have bought instead of this particular one had I known about it earlier.

Not the most exciting purchase for a 17 year old daughter but the TI-84 did get her through her college algebra class (and an A) without any issues and it was heavily used. Battery life good so far. Was dropped multiple times with no negative impact

This calculator is perfect for solving advanced mathematics. It has many features, a long lasting battery, and a reasonable price. The functions are intuitive and easy to grasp. It's so advanced, the product can be used in high school as well as college.

This is perfect for my 7th grader. He's beginning to learn all the basic functionality of this device now so when he is in high school it will be easy. I've been assured this calculator will get him through college!

This calculator was recommended by my child's school. Has all the functions required for all high school math classes. Unfortunately it was dropped and screen cracked. This is the second one I've bought and would buy again. Good product for price.

Easy to use, great functions. Crisp buttons, and a sliding cover that helps keep it protected in your bag or desk. Texas instruments is a good make and their products are known to last a long time

Recommend checking with your student's specific needs as it applies to teacher/class requirements. If it fits, this calculator is durable and functionality is good, if not a bit pricy.

Easy to use and especially helpful in advanced math classes. I believe that it is definitely worth the money and the price was considerably less in comparison to competing companies.

This calculator is sturdy. This calculator is approved to be used in ACT and SAT tests. Easy to use. Battery life is good. Have not been in need to replaced the battery yet.

There are more powerful and more flexible calculators - mostly on tablet computers or laptops etc., but for school use purposes, this is probably the best. It simply is well designed, durable and has more than enough functionality to use in high school and college. It is highly portable and is accepted as an appropriate calculator from most educational facilities I've noticed. Also, the length of time this particular model and its predecessor has been around and used attests to its reliability. Great calculator!

I had to purchase this calculator last minute for a math class I didn't know I had to take. This is very easy to use, good quality and price.

My daughter needed a scientific calculator for high school. I was concerned that it might come with a steep learning curve, but it’s pretty straightforward. Lots of nice features and functions which she will use as she advances in school. It’s even suitable for college level mathematics classes.
