This calculator does exactly what you need it to .

This calculator meets my needs to compute mortgage payments, including calculating the number of payments, max Present Value and interest rate variables. It also does a nice job computing Future Value of investments.

The first one I purchased for one of my children lasted 7 years. Just purchased another for school.

Excellent financial calculator. Had to purchase for a college class but would purchase the same brand again.

I bought for my finance class and it worked good. You just need to read the instructions. The only problem I had I keep turning it off when I was just trying to clear the data.
