Great calculator for high school kid

It is programmable, you can create your own functions (he incorporated all trigonometric identities there). It shows history of what was typed, which is important to avoid a mistake. Very powerful overall.

I had my last one for years until it unfortunately died, and I just had to repurchase. I love all of the little additions and widgets on this calculator and refuse to use anything else.

Required for school

Think it is unnecessary since they all have computers with them, but this calculator can add and subtract and graph. Not sure if it should cost this much but it does the job.
