Unhappy, did not activate

After chatting online, i was told i had to call. After calling, most of my gift cards (various stores) were not activated prior to mailing them to me. Once i called they were able to activate 2 of them, after saying i needed to call the manufacturer. Now the other 3 i need to call the them, but the lady online could not even provide the information and said i could not be refunded. So now i have to do more work and call 3 different manufacturers, which i do not have the number for. Very upset!

No money on gift card sent
