I thoroughly enjoy the game and thought great the movie should be as good if not better than the games. So, off I went to my Salem,NH Best Buy to get my copy of this movie. Thought since my granddaughters enjoy the game why not bring it to life via this movie which is suppose to tell the story behind the rivalry. The characters are all there even the Mighty Eagle (SPOILER: taking a huge whizz of his cliff.) There are other such scenes containing this crude not funny humor. I am far from being a prude and enjoy good well placed humor, but this movie just didn't know the difference. Well, this movie is a bad egg. It lacks storytelling, has more adult humor in it than it should and is just to long. My granddaughters asked to watch something else and I was glad they did because this movie like a poor paper in school just doesn't make the grade. Save your money and rent it, then if you like it buy it in 2d or 3d. I have the 3d and 2d version and the 3d was good but not great. A movie made to sell based on the popularity of the game. Play the game and as noted rent the movie.

My kids really like this movie. I bought it because they had been asking for it for some time, and several parents said it was good. After watching it I regret the purchase. The story line is not appropriate (IMO) for a 4 and 7 year old. They use the word "plucking" to replace where an adult might use a similar word that rhymes with that... I do not find that cute or funny. Not a good movie.

Not much to this movies plot, so if you know the app, you'll will be familiar with the general plot of the movie . The movie just adds to the individual characters, but there is not much more to the films story that adds anything that would keep you interested for an hour and a half. So I would give it a pass unless its a rainy day and the kids need something to watch.

This movie is about 10 years late for being relevant. It was slow, boring and a waste of time and money. It's almost like a vacuum that sucks the joy out of life or an I.R.S. audit.

Movie night Friday's are a special and always anticipated time at home. We own every animated DVD released in the past 5 years, Angry Birds included. Kids are five and eight years old. Many movies they request to watch over and over, not this one.

I saw a little clip of the movie when I was walking past the TV's at Best Buy and it made me chuckle, sad to say that was the only part of the movie that did that, If this is made for children, oy vey

I found Angry Birds to be lacking in the lesson department. And it wasn't funny enough to look past it.

My grandkids loved the movie, which is why I gave it 2 stars. I actually found it mildly irritating.
