This movie was fantastic, the imagery and music was wonderful. It was a bit predictable, but aren't they all? My older daughter (11) loves it and the younger one (4) will sit through most of it. So it's definitely geared towards the older kids. Overall I found it to be a great film.

Think all movies aimed at kids are the same, try Book Of Life. Great story and unbelievable imagery. As fun for adult as the young, this one surprised us in a very pleasant way.

The Book of Life is a spectacular family movie. This is the type of movie that can be chosen for a family night event. The voice actors have done a wonderful job in this movie.

I bought this for my future sister-in-law who is turning 9 (who's seen just about every kid's movie out there). She absolutely loved it, so I would recommend it to everyone else!

The Book of Life is a great movie for all ages and all races. It focuses on the Mexican holiday that is Day of the Dead but tells a great story and has pleasing visuals.

Nice pack. use one at home and one in the car for long trips. Keeps the kids in the back occupied on long trips.

I love this film and I honestly like that it revolves around A Mexican holiday and that captures Mexican culture! Children would both love it and learn a lot from it.

Good for all members of the family from young to old. A few scenes that might scare only the very youngest of viewers (i.e less the 4 years old) but most likely not even them.

My eight year old and I purchase new movies every weekend and stumbled on this steal. Two discs for under ten dollars. She wants to watch it everyday after school.

I was afraid the story would be scary, because there dying and turning into skeletons. As soon as I watched the movie I saw it was such a wonderful love and family story.

This movie is one of the very few animated movie - that is not a Disney movie, that I truly enjoy and love. The storytelling is pretty cute! A must see!

How did I miss this little gem? I guess it doesn't get all the big advertising that a DIsney movie can generate but, we bought it on sale - it was a very pleasant surprise!

Loved this movie when it came out in the movie theatre, so was happy to buy when it came out on DVD. Fun for both children and adults. Would recommend to friends & family.
