    The All-in-One Wonder Solution

    Posted .

There are many words that can be said about the Breville Smart Oven with Air Fryer, “Brilliant” would be the first that comes to mind. Never have I run into a single device that can do so much in so little space and time. Design: The 0.8 cubic feet of the interior is cavernous even if it looks small from the outside. It's big enough to do a 12” pizza or a medium-sized whole turkey or two chickens. The classic toaster oven look hides the 11 function cooking settings, which includes an “air fry” mode and a slow cooker mode. The rest of the functions include toast, bagel, pizza, cookies, bake, roast, broil, reheat, and warm. The easy to use controls include three (3) dials, 4 function buttons, and a start/cancel button. What's in the box: The Smart Oven comes with 5 accessories that are critical to its use, including a 13” pizza pan, wire rack, broiler rack, an 11x13” roasting pan, and the air fry basket. The box also includes a crumb tray for your bread crumbs. Additional accessories available include a pizza stone, pizza crisper pan, and a bamboo serving tray. Usability: I was highly thrilled to try the air fryer mode, and this was the function I was most excited about and it did not disappoint. I am an ardent air fryer fanatic, but the smaller air fryers do not let you do complex foods. The Breville Smart Oven does, and if you have a secondary air fryer basket, technically, you could double the air frying capability. The cooking Ability of the Breville Smart Oven is very good. It heats up quickly, holds temperature and whatever is put in there comes out very well. I tried Crispy Korean Wings in the air fryer mode and was not disappointed. I later tried the same crisping technique with chicken legs and found them even better than I imagined. 25 minutes at 350F was plenty to crisp the outside by air frying, and yet keep the inside moist… it was just perfect. All it needed was to drizzle on the sauce. I also baked a whole-wheat pizza with the included pizza tray and used the pizza mode. It came out just perfect for the crust is crisp, and the center chewy. Perfection! Toasting bread, baking cookies are something most ovens do a good job at, and the Breville smart oven is no slouch when it comes to browning toast to perfection. It can handle 6 white bread slices, but since I use a thicker multi-grain, It can do 4 slices comfortably. Neat Features that must be mentioned is the auto oven light that turns on at the beginning of the cooking cycle, but also turns on automatically 30 seconds before the cooking completes. If you need the light on, there is a button-up front to manually turn it on and off. I also liked the F/C button to convert between the two temperature values. The convection button allows you to control the speed of the fan, while in air fry mode, this fan is at super high speed, but there is a slower airflow speed that can be manually turned on. Likewise, the Frozen button adjusts timings to compensate for what would be frozen food in the oven. The Breville oven is the first one that I have seen that will reach 500F, not that one needs to use that high temperature on an everyday basis, but it is useful to use it for broiling meats/pies to add color. Overall my experience with the Breville Smart Oven was very positive. I am glad we got this one, as it is perfect for my home office. I find I use the toast, reheat, and air fry modes the most, Pros: * 11 cooking modes, including a very workable air fryer mode * Stainless Steel with Black front, very sleek and good looks * Consistent temperature for cooking and easy to set timer * Easy to clean, non-stick interior. Cons: None so far…

Amazing Small Kitchen Appliance w/ One Small Gripe

    Posted .

Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *****Review***** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Are you tired of having different kitchen appliances all over your kitchen? Taking up unnecessary space and having them only be beneficial for just one task? Well… If you are an individual that loves to cook or knows someone that loves to cook and want to make their time in the kitchen more efficient yet enjoyable; look no further… I present to you the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer. This thing of beauty is constructed of brushed stainless steel and this specific model comes in the color of black truffle. The appearance of this 11 in 1 smart cooking kitchen appliance looks fantastic and premium in my kitchen. Not to mention this kitchen appliance also has an LCD display which gives it an extra “wow” factor. Still not amused? What about an integrated oven light that automatically turns on when your food is done cooking? Or perhaps you want to turn it on randomly to check on your food? Breville has you covered and on top of that the integrated oven light can be replaced just like your regular large oven. Looks aren’t everything though here ladies and gentlemen. As mentioned, the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer comes with 11 preset functions: Toast, Bagel, Bake, Roast, Broil, Pizza, Cookies, Air Fry, Warm and Slow Cook! It doesn’t stop there though… The Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer also has a nice range of temperature that you can select from between 120 degrees and 500 degrees fahrenheit. What this means is that with low temperatures you can slow cook or if you prefer you can crank the temperature up and air fry or broil whatever it is you’re cooking. On top of that, you are also equipped with super convection so that the hot air circulates around your food so that it lessens your cooking time and air frys (crisps) your food perfectly. What I thoroughly enjoy is the “smart” feature that Breville implemented into this kitchen appliance. With the Element IQ System built into the unit; it has sensing capabilities to measure temperatures so that it eliminates cold spots which means it leaves your food cooked perfectly inside and out. I had the opportunity to cook everything from frozen cornish hens, frozen dino nuggets, frozen french fries, frozen fish sticks, frozen garlic bread, frozen pizza down to fresh chicken breast, fresh steaks, fresh chicken wings, potatoes, brussel sprouts, bagels, toast, muffins, and cookies. Okay fine… my wife did the muffins and cookies; I’m not a baker. I didn’t once have any problems cooking any of my dishes/food. All the functions did what they were designed to do and my kids loved their frozen foods nice and crispy without the added oil. You’re probably wondering… what about cleaning it? Breville has you covered here for the most part because they’ve made it so that the interior is non-stick! The accessories that came included (except the air frying basket) are all easy to clean. All you need is a little bit of dish soap and an ordinary dish sponge and you’re good to go. My only gripe that I have personally is with the air frying basket. Although it serves its purpose the cleaning can be extremely difficult. Because of the design/material of the basket; whatever sponge you’re using to clean it is going to basically shred when rubbed against the basket. Seeing as how this oven is marketed as a “Smart Oven Air Fryer”; I personally would’ve liked to see a better/easier to use and clean air frying basket. It seems as if Breville knew this too because on the basket it even says to not cook anything that “drips” knowing that the cleaning of the basket is going to be a pain. Perhaps Breville could’ve made it so that the air frying basket is also nonstick and include it with a suspended drip pan beneath it (this way food you’re air frying gets proper air circulation)? I do enjoy that the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer isn’t overly huge; it’s about the same size as my microwave. When it comes down to it my kids can eat healthier, cooking is easier for me and my wife can do her baking. The benefits definitely outweigh the one gripe I have. I have to say I am still impressed even with the minor setback I have with the design of the air frying basket. Breville has made a kitchen appliance that is versatile and stunning all at the same time. If you’re currently considering replacing a good amount of appliances in your kitchen (including your stand alone air fryer); give the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer an opportunity to amaze you. This thing of beauty can look the part and do what it needs to do… 11 things in 1 that is. I have replaced a good amount of my kitchen appliances and now only have the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer assisting me with all my cooking needs. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *****Quick Features & Specs***** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DEDICATED AIR FRY SETTING: Why buy a stand alone air fryer when the Smart Oven Air Fryer can turn out guilt-free french fries, chicken wings, family favorites and so much more. Higher temperatures combined with super convection deliver delicious, crispy golden air fried foods. ELEMENT IQ SYSTEM: Smart algorithms steers power to where and when it’s needed to create the ideal cooking environment, for a range of different cooking techniques. With sensing and digital PID temperature control it eliminates cold spots for precise and even cooking. SUPER VERSATILE: 11 cooking functions to guide you to perfection: Toast 6 slices, Bagel, Broil, Bake, Roast, Warm, Pizza, Air Fry, Reheat, Cookies and Slow Cook for long cook times, at low temperatures. DUAL SPEED CONVECTION: Convection can reduce cooking time by up to 30%. It speeds the cooking process by raising hotter air and sinking colder, less dense air for quicker heating. Super Convection delivers extreme air flow, ideal for Air Fry. LCD DISPLAY: LCD display to easily access the built in smart functionality, choose from 11 smart cooking functions. The LCD also indicates when pre-heat has completed and automatically begins to count down on the cooking time for perfect results. A versatile countertop machine.

    Posted .

Summary - Airfrying capability means one less machine in your kitchen - Beautiful styling and quality - Easy to understand menus and great performance If you are in an apartment like me, countertop space is at a premium so you want to very selective about what appliances you leave out. Over the past week of testing and using the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer I believe that it's versatility and performance is definitely worth the space. The machine that I got is a beautiful matte black color called "Black Truffle". All the knobs and other trim is complemented with brushed stainless and chrome. There is an easy to remove crumb tray camouflaged in the same trim. Included for the inside is standard rack, air fry tray, a pan with inset rack, and a pizza pan. The middle tier rack is used for most everyday functions and there is a magnet that automatically pulls out the tray. There are other classic Breville features such as the looped power plug for easy removable and light blue led screen which displays the menus. On the machine there are 3 knobs: function, temp, and time. The 5 buttons for start/stop, temperature mode F/C, light, convection, and frozen. Operation is very easy - there are 11 different functions you can choose from each with a very human-centric menu. - Making toast? How toasted and how many slices? - Making Pizza? What size? Frozen or Fresh? It's this kind of simplicity that makes using the machine a dream to use. And the machine produces great food too. Bread and bagels comes out with the perfect amount of toasted. Broiling quickly melts cheese for a sandwich. Baking small batch cookies can be done in a breeze. Frozen french fries and nuggets airfry for a delicious wonderful crispiness. I tried one of the included recipes for airfried Korean BBQ wings and they came out amazing! Overall, this is a wonderful oven made better with the addition of the airfrying capability which creates a versatile machine worthy of your countertop space!

Do I need another small appliances ?

    Posted .

This is definitely a must buy for someone who doesn’t have a toaster or oven or air fryer. Maybe a college student or someone moving into an apartment or a couple who is getting married they should have this on their wedding registry. For the past few days I have toasted, baked and air fried multiple things. Each time it came out perfect. There is a “cookie” function which we tried. It came out soft a chewy in the middle with a crispy crust on the outside. Frozen pizza cooked evenly with no issue. But I have to say the best function is the air fryer. Sweet potato fries came out perfect. It’s a must try. I guess the question is do I need another small appliances. I would say yes. This would make a perfect birthday or Christmas gift. Plus a lot of us are staying home right now. Why not take up cooking ?

This oven does the job very well

I am so pleased with this oven. I just purchased a home that has a gas range, and as I've never used gas, I opt for this do everything oven. I toast my bagels in the morning, cook frozen pizza for lunch, I've made cookies and roasted a whole chicken! It took me awhile to write this review because, although I knew it had so much potential I wasn't able to quickly master it So besides the oven you get several different accessories, like a pizza tray, basket (think fries or wings) a shallow roasting pan and more. You can either set your own time and temp or use the presets to cook your food. I will say about the presets, watch your food because it sets both the time and temp but you can always adjust either. Also try not to put you bake rack into the top slot or you'll wind up burning your food. I like all the options. I can manually turn on the light to see my food, set the temp to 'F' or 'C', there's just nothing that i can gripe about...wait one thing. The top of the oven close to the door gets extremely hot! Other than that I'm good. My next meal, lasagna.

    Awesome kitchen Appliance

    Posted .

I'm kinda got into cooking lately, so it should come as no surprise that I've had a chance to test out a few different multi-function air frying devices. To date - this Breville Smart Oven is my favorite! It appears there was quite a bit of thought and research put into making this new Breville appliance. I've noticed even heating, a wide assortment of pre-programmed setting that even include the diameter of the pizza! Nice work Breville. So far, I've made Pizza, Panko Shrimp, French Fried, and today will be cookies. All have turned out GREAT! See the picture of the pizza. I will say that no matter what device you are using, you need to double check the preset programs times. For instance, I pull my pizza out 2-3 minutes before the timer is set for - otherwise I think it would have burned it. Each device and each pizza is different. Overall - there are many features included - you can read about it on the item description so I won't go into detail here. Suffice it to say that I'm using this device almost daily - and am very happy with it! BTW - some of you may have noticed some green grass behind the oven in the picture. I put my over in the garage - as my wife is sensitive to the smells - and this makes it much more bearable for her!

The Breville Smart Oven Air is the first countertop oven that I’ve tried that also includes a dedicated air frying mode. While I already own both an air fryer and a rotisserie/convection toaster oven, my hope was that the Breville Air would replace both if it performed as well as, or better, than either. Out of the box, I noticed that the Breville Air is more compact than my current toaster oven by at least an inch and a half for all outer dimensions, however, the interior was just as roomy, allowing me to fit in a 13.25” x 9.5” baking pan, 5 Qt Dutch oven, or 12” cast iron chef pan. This is great because it gives me a little more counter space to work with, however, this space-savings comes at the expense of a rotisserie function. While I love making homemade rotisserie whole chicken, I’ve found that I can get just as delicious results from a basket air fryer as long as I flip it over halfway through cooking. With the Breville Air, I was able to achieve similar results using the ‘Roast’ function with convection on the included roasting rack and pan. Just select the time and temperature using the dials and pop your food in after the oven beeps to indicate preheating has completed, which usually takes about 8-10 minutes. Note though that the timer will start counting down immediately after preheating has finished, whether or not you’re around to put the food in the oven right away. You can, however, adjust the cook time up or down at any point during preheating or cooking. When the timer runs out, the oven will automatically shut off the heating elements. I cooked a 5 lb chicken for 1 hr and 15 minutes without turning or flipping, and the chicken came out evenly browned on all sides with crisp skin thanks to the even circulation of hot air from the convection function; there weren’t any hot zones that caused any one area to brown more quickly. It also does great with frozen fried foods such as tater tots and French fries. Using the included mesh basket tray in air fry mode, I got perfectly crisp on the outside, tender on the inside results. I like that you can toggle between frozen and fresh, so that the oven will adjust to the optimal settings to cook the food. While the capacity of the basket isn’t huge (2-3 cups), since you have to place items to be air fried in a single layer without crowding them, I did like that I didn’t have to open the oven to stir/shake the basket halfway through, like you would in a traditional air fryer. I also thought it was clever to use magnets built into the door so that the wire rack and basket rack “auto-eject” about 3 inches when used in the middle position and the door is opened. Just note that when closing the oven door, the racks may jump out about a quarter inch when the magnets get close to them. The thing that makes this oven “smart” is the Element IQ System that adjusts power to the top and bottom quartz heating elements to deliver precision heating and optimal temperature where it’s needed for the mode that you’re using. But it’s not “smart” in the sense that it’s WiFi/internet or even Bluetooth connected, so don’t expect to be able to control this appliance from your smartphone or AI voice assistant. It also doesn't detect the done-ness of your food or adjust time or temp. The sensors just help it maintain a consistent temperature throughout cooking. The 'super convection' function is what gets you the extra dry and crispy fried texture and is used in air fry mode, but if you prefer a softer crunch, you can always use ‘bake’ mode with regular convection selected. The only drawback to the mesh basket is that cleaning can be harder if food sticks to it or drips onto the crumb tray below, like mozzarella sticks that melt out of their breading or sticky, glazed bbq buffalo wings, so I'd recommend using the roasting tray for those. There’s a keep ‘warm’ mode that allows you to hold your cooked foods at a safe temperature of 160°F to prevent bacterial growth and a ‘reheat’ mode that will warm up foods slowly without browning or drying them out. Other than that, I think the other features like broil, bake, toast are pretty standard for a convection oven, though note that the broil mode lets you push the temperature a bit higher to 500°F on the ‘Hi’ setting (400°F and 300°F for the ‘Med’ and ‘Lo’ settings respectively). All modes have a range of time and temperature selections except for toast and bagel where you select darkness level and quantity instead. I did find that turning the time adjustment knob for longer cook times can be tedious, since for times under 1 hour, the increments are 1 minute, and after 1 hour the increments are 5 minutes, but it takes a while and a lot of turning, for example, to get to 8 hours if you’re using 'Slow Cook' mode. Also, the temperature knob has inconsistent increments, usually 10° F but sometimes 5°F at inexplicable intervals. Both knobs suffer from the same sensitivity problem where sometimes if you turn the dial to increase or decrease the time or temp, at the end when you stop turning, the setting my jump back one step, for example, when increasing the temp to 350°F, if you stop when that number appears on the screen, it sometimes goes back to 340°F when you let go of the knob. You do have to wipe down the inside with a soft, damp sponge after every use if you really want to keep it clean (after it has cooled down, of course), but I like that the crumb tray is easily removed and cleaned. The manual indicates all the included accessories should be hand-washed though. Other than that, I appreciate that the LCD panel is nice and bright so it’s easy to read, even at night. It also changes color from blue to orange so you know when the heating elements are on or if it’s just in standby. All in all, I think the Breville Smart Oven Air cooks my food with great results and better evenness and temperature control than my previous small appliances. It preheats quickly, is versatile, and lets me avoid using the big oven when I don’t need the extra space. Best of all, it combines the functionality of two appliances that I have without sacrificing counter space or performance, so now I have more room on my countertop and only one thing to clean.

I ended up returning two of these ovens within hours of opening each purchase. The oven door did not shut properly, it left a big gap between the unit and the door. Both ovens were from the same batch, both had the same defect. Extremely disappointed in the lack of quality of this company which was renowned for good quality products. If you buy one, don't get batch 2115 and examine the oven door to make sure it closes securely.

    Upgraded toaster oven

    Posted .

First off, this oven has an amazing, elevated look. For many years I used iterations of another “regular brand” toaster oven. I don’t use one of those toaster things with the slots, I need a little oven that multitasks. The one that was just replaced, which also had an air fryer function, was driving me crazy because the crumbs would get stuck in between the glass and metal door hinge, besides a lot of other things. This Breville Smart Oven will please those obsessed with a sleek looking kitchen. My kitchen has stainless steel appliances and dark cabinets. This black truffle color, which is is an eggshell-type finish black, looks great in there. I get tired of cleaning fingerprints off of all of the stainless steel appliances, so this is a nice change, I would highly recommend the black truffle color. Maybe you’re like me, looking to upgrade from a “regular brand” oven and want to know if it’s worth it. I feel like Breville looked at my “regular brand” oven and improved each element to make it this great little oven. Here are some examples: The door glass has the rack level marked on it so you don’t mess up on putting the rack on the wrong level. The door hinge itself is actually something you might have to work on, it has a crazy strong spring feel to it, and if you’re like my husband, he can’t remember this and the door slams shut because he can’t remember to do it carefully. Just close it CAREFULLY. The heating elements are on the bottom of the oven, but they have a protective metal piece over it. My old oven had exposed heating elements that cause the oven to smell terrible if cheese melted on it. The crumb tray is awesome, it has a slight concave shape that would make anything liquid go towards the middle. Also the crumbs dust off of it quite nicely, it’s easy to wash, and the tray itself pulls out so nicely. There is an interior light which you can turn on. I didn’t think this would be that big a deal, but it is pretty dark inside the oven, and the light is bright, so it’s a really great feature. There is a “frozen” button to activate if you are toasting bread from frozen. This is also brilliant as we keep bread in the freezer and some of us are too lazy to defrost it for a few seconds in the microwave before putting it in the toaster. It adds a minute to the toasting time, but it comes out perfect. The air fryer tray/basket is very similar to my “regular oven” one. While this smart oven cooked my chicken nuggets to perfection, I don’t feel like this is the same kind of air fryer as the free standing ones with the pull-out basket. I have two of those, and with them you can spritz a bit of oil on your frozen nuggs and give it a bit more to bring it closer to what your tastebuds are used to in terms of actual fried food. With this oven and most likely any similar oven you don’t want to put anything too oily in it because of the heating elements on the bottom, you don’t want to start a fire. The dimensions are listed in the product page specifications here, but the minimum depth required to accommodate the oven and opened door is 23”. You will want to have countertop area underneath the door handle. Another element to comment on is the electrical plug for this unit. It is about 3” long with a finger hole to help unplug it with. The design is probably to give the oven the room needed in the back so it doesn’t get too close to the wall, but I plug my toaster oven into a power conserving device with a switch so it is without power unless I flip the switch on it, and that makes it too deep. I turned the oven sideways on my countertop with the plug to the side and that works fine. I happened to have a kitchen with this area that is perfect for a toaster oven and it has always been a toaster oven area. Overall I really like this Breville smart oven and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

    Need a new oven.

    Posted .

My Breville oven came in a box that had been repackaged. When I picked up the box to bring it in the house. The box ripped in my hands. When I use the oven, it takes 2 hours to cook basic foods that should take a least 30 mins to an hour to cook. This is my third Breville oven. I know how it should perform. This one is defective. It does not act on the level as the others Breville ovens. I called your customer service department; the lovely lady wanted to credit my charge card. Her manager told her not to, so I am stuck with a defective oven. I want a replacement. I feel I have been mistreated. I should not have been sold a defective oven.

    Oven on the counter

    Posted .

First, let me begin by saying this IS an oven that will sit on your kitchen counter. It will do more than most ovens and it excels in all areas. Over the past week I have experimented with cooking different things and I will say, all with very good results. Because it can perform a variety of tasks it does take some time to make the adjustments for personal taste. As an example, it will toast bread and the middle setting for toast is way too light for my liking. I adjusted to one of the darker setting and it was perfect. As an oven, I baked vegetables and they came out better than when I do them in the regular oven. I air fried french fries and chicken wings and both were exceptional. I even did some frozen salmon and it came out perfect. I did have to adjust cooking times but you can do that easily while it's running. I am still working on other things to cook but so far so good. One of many convenient features is the light inside so you can check on cooking progress without opening the door. There is also a back-lit display panel that is easy to read and will change colors dependent on what the oven is doing. It is an easy way to check progress without having to stop something else your doing. One word of caution, the cabinet will get hot while it's running. It is clearly labeled not to touch but you probably shouldn't have anything within a few inches of it either. Overall I am very happy with the units features and performance.

    Mighty small oven

Just used it for the first time and I’m impressed. Unlike its big brother BOV 900 it takes way less space on the counter and it is pretty capable. In about a bit more then one hour I was able to roast vegetables, air fry some chickpeas and prepare a frozen pizza that at first I though it was burnt but it was actually really well done [because I decided to use super convection to see what would happen (^^)’ ] and the result was a tasty pizza :D. Previously I had a instant vortex air fryer and had to return it because it would freeze and not do a second batch of cooking food. This one went through this cooking test with ease

I loved my Smart Oven - now I love my Smart Fryer

I've had the Breville Smart Toaster oven for many years and love it. I use it almost daily and unless I need to, I prefer to use it over my full size oven. I've also been wanting an air fryer, but have resisted getting yet another appliance. I finally purchased this and I am so glad that I did. It has all the features of the regular Smart Oven, but with an added "super convection" setting that serves as the air fry setting. Using a friends stand-alone air fryer, I will say that this is not quite as good. Fries still come out crisp, but the stand alone air fryer fries are a tad crisper. That being said, I am still loving this and have no regrets getting this instead of a stand alone air frier. I purchased some perforated parchment sheets to line the fry basket just to help with clean up, and that makes clean up a breeze. If you already own a Breville oven, all the controls are the same, so there is no learning curve at all. There is just that one additional "air fry" setting added to the selection list.

    A Kitchen Essential

Versatile oven as expected from Breville. We have greatly enjoyed using the Breville Oven from breakfast breads to making fish and other meats. Overall, a solid investment and an essential tool in the kitchen. Shortcomings: - After use for over a year, we noticed that the internal oven light flickers at times. The cause is unknown as we have not touched the light nor has any known damage occurred to the light. It would be concerning if this was caused by the oven heat as any light fixture inside should be designed to withstand high temperatures. - The door seems to have a decent amount of friction as if metal is grinding against metal. It's not problematic enough to interfere with day to day use, but does make a slightly unpleasant sound upon opening. - As with previous similar models, you have to be careful when closing the oven door as the closing spring force is fairly high. Our previous Breville oven door broke after we accidently let the door slam shut. It would be nice if the oven door had a slow door closing feature to prevent such damage from occurring.

The Smart Oven that can literally cook it all

We purchased this Breville Smart Oven to replace our previous Breville toaster oven that we had for about 10 years. The main reason we upgraded was to get the Air Fryer component and we are very pleased. The Air Fryer works great but it does have a slight learning curve so cook items just right. The build quality of the oven is top notch. We have noticed subtle details such as the dial knobs turn with tight precision where as our previous model were a bit more loose and not so concise. The additional oven light feature has been a huge welcome to aide in cooking. The option to buy a separate color (other than stainless steel) was a nice bonus. Buy this oven with utmost confidence.

    Smart-ish Oven

I don't have much countertop space so I was looking for a multiuse device. Breville always hits the mark in quality and they did not disappoint with this oven. I like the air dry feature, and I've noticed it cooks significantly faster than my full sized oven. Pros: Fast Cook, multu-use, low radiant heat Cons: It makes a high pitch mosquito noise when sitting plugged in. This stops when it's running or the light is on. It's probably not noticable to the average person, but it's quite annoying when you notice. It also doesn't have a clock?
