This food processor can do everything. Its 16 cup capacity is great for preparing large amounts of food or small amounts of food because it come with a mini chopper.
This will be the last food processor i ever have to buy.

My first food processor this is! It makes my life easier in kitchen. Also useful when I need to slice some of herb roots evenly before dehydrating. Less work on my wrist...less pain it seems. Julienne cut is not working like I hoped and cubing works O.K. But a lot of uncut floating around the top. That is why I am giving 4 starts. Wide shoot works fairly OK and this is the main reason I chose Breville over other brand, less cutting board work.

This is the first food processor that I’ve owned and I went through a bit of buyers remorse shortly after my purchase as I wasn’t sure how often I’d use. I actually enjoy chopping by hand and find it rather therapeutic. That all changed upon the arrival of this Breville food processor. I’ve used it nearly every day since it arrived at my doorstep and have been looking for ways to get even more use out of it.

Like to cook and experiment with food ideas, Breville speeds up the preparation process with this appliance and its accessories. I am happy with this purchase.
