There are blurays wirh better quality than this 4k disc. So sad for such a high budget scifi. The whole movie feels hallow and rushed. A longer runtime wouldnt fix this since all of the characters feel wooden and robotic, pun intended. This movie is a huge disappointment.

I was expecting a blockbuster but got a title that was hard to watch just one time.

I received the first DVD movie on time due to UPS delivered direct to my door. The second movie was shipped via UPS and then was handed over to the US Postal Service in my local area. Needless to say I received a message it was delivered, checked my mailbox 5 days when notified and no movie. Chat session with Bsstbuy customer service and requested a replacement two times. No confirmation email that the DVD will be shipped and the online status shows delivered. Still waiting will call for the third time on Monday 12/18

This is one of most awful 4k masterings ive seen. The pictire is noisy and low resolution looking and the colors are off.

Was awesome. I collect movies and can tell you with much much anticipation for the 4K release. I was BEYOND hugely disappointed with the color and image transfers. Why does this movie look so much worse or as bad as a regular dvd quality? And an OLD dvd at that? For the prices they want now for these movies. They need to give credits back to the ones who wasted their money on this 4K. This movie should have been UNBELIEVABLE IN EVERY WAY WITH THE 4K TRANSFER. REFUND OR RE RELEASE TRUE 4K......

I guess the movie will finally arrive today. I preordered this movie on November 30th for December 12 release date. I expected to receive my order on or about December 12. I couldn't contact anyone at Best Help with authority to address this issue. I am very disappointed in Best Buy's uncaring of customer's concerns. This is a lesson to me to never preorder from Best Buy again.

This movie is a great adventure sci-if with one of the best acting and actors in the industry featuring Denzels Son:) Hope they make another movie. Part 2. If you like highly creative movies then this is a definite must watch
