I've loved Skyrim since playing it on Xbox 360. I mean what other game is going to let me be a burly mercenary dude fighting dragons with my werewolf husband? Wasn't sure about the switch version, but was pleasantly surprised. Nice graphics, no glitches so far, etc. The only downside is that there's no way to transfer save data from other systems so now I have to restart as a burly orc dude and romance the other werewolf brother, but that's okay.

He loves playing this huge open world. Not for younger players as there are some mature scenes.

My kids play this on other systems but wanted to see how it worked on the switch. It lags a bit but the Amibo features are pretty neat.

I never played Skyrim on any other platform so I was excited when this was announced for the Switch. I got even more excited after seeing early footage showing how well the game runs. I tried to wait for a discount but Bethesda never obliged and I finally gave in and picked the game up in January. I've put over 60 hours into the game at this point and believe it is absolutely worth the price tag. If you have never played Skyrim the Switch is the perfect platform to pick it up on, even at full retail price.

I bought this as a gift. Husband was very happy with the game and liked that he can now play on road trips.

Great port to the switch, darkness is not an issue if you set up your Switch and TV properly. Amiibo function is a fun added ability. Links outfit is not the most powerful but pretty cool non the less. No Macho Man mod but oh well, 4 stars without the MADDNESSS

Good game but not for all ages. Check first if you are getting for a younger person.

For better and worse, this is still the game you love and remember, just portable now.

The details make the world and the world makes the game. Last week I got lost in some monistary reading various ancient lore and then battled a snow troll to then learn new “shouts.” The game play on Switch is great (especially archery and lock picking). The choir music, atmospheric lighting, and eves dropping all add depth. Skyrim on Switch is a fantastic experience I highly recommend. Well done!

Why have I bought Skyrim 4 times? Good question. But I still play it for multiple hours every time I bought it.

We Have Skyrim for PS4, PS3 and XBox why not the Nintendo Switch?. An amazing entertaining game. Never disappointing.

If u love action rpgs , then u will love this game. The amount of content this game has is staggering, from the fraction quests line, to the main story and other side quests. U could easily spend well over 200 plus hours into this game, if u tried to do everything. The controls are solid, graphics are good, voice acting is also nice. Just a very solid overall package. Highly Recommend This Game

Looks much better than previous versions. It comes with the DLC, so that's cool.

Not a lot new added here, doesn't loonas good as PS4 version but it's portable.

Yet another port of Skyrim, and a good opportunity for me to pick it up as it comes out on a platform that I have! So full disclaimer: I only played it on the Switch! So I don't know how it plays on other platforms. There wasn't really a moment where I thought: Man, I gotta have this in 60 fps! It plays fine. A little buggy, you know it's still Skyrim, but it plays fine. Motion controls aren't really that comfortable though. They feel kinda awkward. But the gyro aiming with the bow is wonderful because you can easily finetune your aiming. I tried the game with the Joy-Con grip and again: It just played fine. And that all with the fact that you play Skyrim on a handheld it's definitely worth it if you haven't played Skyrim before. It's one of the best open world games ever made.

Fun game if you’re ready to put some hours in. Nothing new, just a remaster and only a handheld.
