Okay. So, I loved the first Equalizer. It had a lot of action and intrigue. This version is just as good. After I initially watched it, I could hardly wait to get this as a Christmas gift. As it turned out, it was an after Christmas gift. LOL. But now I've seen it a couple times, and I feel like it won't be long before I watch it again.

This movie I also bought with Best Buy rewards programs, and again free is for me!!!!! Very, very,very good movie! I also watched movie with my daughter and wife on our new home theatre bought at Best Buy. I liked all the Daniel Washington’s movies, this one might be the best other than Remember The Titans. Very, very good movie!!

Great movie nice steelbook looks good in 4k. Nice to have in the collection

Denzel Washington does a wonderful job with the character of Robert McCall. I always enjoyed the TV series but this format gives an added depth that is hard to see in a 40 minute TV show. The movie version of the character not only gives the McCall character more depth, but is also a more gritty and realistic.

"The Equalizer 2" is an excellent sequel to the first film, which sees Denzel Washington reprise his role as Robert McCall. The film might be predictable as to who the villain is, but the action, Washington's performance, and the sub-plots of McCall helping out people in interesting situations allow the movie to shine. I prefer the first film over the second ("The Equalizer" gets a perfect five stars), but this one still packs a punch.

Denzel Washington puts on another great performance as Robert McCall (retired special agent who helps the exploited and serves justice to those who harm people that he cares about. The final climax was absolutely suspenseful and the ending was good. Director Antoine Fuqua and Denzel put together an action thriller.

Really don’t think it’s fair to really compare the two films. They are both absolutely amazing. Better to consider them as a whole as the second seems like a seamless conclusion to the first film. You must watch both these movies. Denzel is an incredible action star in this andhis physicality and intensity could not be better.

The Equalizer 2 is best understood if you see the first installment. In an unprecedented case, Denzel Washington is back for a sequel and this time there is a plot twist at least in my opinion. Realism is on-point and the acting is first-class. If revenge movies are your thing then consider this movie the pinnacle of that genre.

I really enjoyed the first equalizer so to see that the second one was as good as the 1st really made me excited to see what they're going to do for the 3rd that's assuming that there is going to be a third but I really enjoyed this movie. What an awesome way to bring the character to the big screen. Definitely recommended!!

This movie is the larger than life version of the popular TV series a few years ago. The lead character played by Denzel Washington takes on unusual cases where his client has no where else to turn. He is strong, courageous and smart. He gets in and out of some very spine tingling situations. Great action movie.

There was something that felt like it was missing in this movie. It feels like the first half is a little slow. I felt like the plot or point of the movie kicked in like half way. The second half the energy picks up. Its not as great as the first but when the movie picks up and the action starts its a great ride. I still recommemd it. I have only watched the blu ray version and the picture and audio were great.

Equalizer 2 is just as good as the first one. Denzel Washington is a great actor. In the first one he's fight to save a girls life from the Russian mob. In this one he's trying to save the lives of people he's honestly cares about. He will stop at nothing for those he cares about. His skills are seriously put to the test. To the acting is excellent, and the story line is very good. Over all a well done movie.

Overall a good movie. Like most other sequels/series, not as good as the first movie IMO. Robert actually carries a handgun in this movie. Watched in HDR+, some scenes were incredibly sharp, other scenes I noticed areas of blurriness that were unusual, but not a big deal (his shoes under the table were blurry but the rest of the scene was great). Overall I liked it, bought it, and will watch it over again.

First movie he's ever reprised a role for a second time and this one told a different story. The extra scenes as well as director's talk and so forth really made this purchase worth it. I'd recommend picking it up even if you have seen it on the big screen before or not. I've watched 3 times already!!

This steelbook matches perfectly with the design of the first and is a great addition to the collection. Received early access to stream the movie as well for pre-ordering. If you liked the first fil, or enjoy Denzel's other works such as Man on Fire or Training day, it's safe to say you'll enjoy Equalizer 2.

Let me say that I will see anything with Denzel just because he is so awesome to watch... That being said, this was a fabulous sequel to an awesome action flick. this movie was really great on its own, but was better because it expanded the narrative of the first film. check it out for sure!

I really enjoyed the first Equalizer movie and was looking forward to this one. I was surprised to find this one seemed a little bit unfocussed and the action felt forced at times. Like it was added to a drama to make it an action movie. I liked the interplay between Robert and the young man who is making questionable life choices. I almost wish the plot had revolved around that more.

Washington is amazing. He is hands down a legend of my time and times to come. Regardless of the role, he owns it, making the character appear so real to life. It's as if he isn't acting. Seqeuls usually pale to the first one, but not this one. Get it and add it to your collection.

The acting is good as denzil Washington goes after the bad ones. I enjoyed the way d. Washington goes after the bad ones and the friendship he gets to help a person to change his thinking by having the kid to paint the wall from his building. The film is interesting and exciting.
