The Fast and the Furious series is a fun and exciting one. The first 6 were great (Tokyo Drift grows on you), but 7 started a path down complete unbelievabiltiy. Furious 8 continues that, and worse. While the others get 4 and 5 stars for fun, excitement, and (re) watchability, this one does not.

Let’s face it, this series is a money grab at this point. Stupid/ridiculous over the top actions scenes and repetitive/redundant storylines. Only bought because it was on sale and I’m a bit OCD about finishing collections. Don’t get me wrong, it has beautiful visuals but the story is junk.

I have to feel like this series is nearing it's limit... I know the actors are all fun to watch, and the action is great, but the story lines are just too far-fetched now... Not much original anymore. Just keep upping the ante in danger, etc. If you're a fan of the series, you'll like it...

Good action packed film, realistic not at all. If you enjoy the Fast line up you will enjoy this movie. On the other hand I still enjoy the first movie the best, when they were kids having fun, not international crime stoppers. Someone needs a reality check before parts 9 and 10 come out.

Maybe call it franchise fatigue but this movie was eh.... There is action there. But it is pretty much the same as all of the other ones. If you don't have anything else to watch and haven't seen it yet then I would suggest renting it. But I don't know about purchasing it.

I did enjoy the film, but it was a step backwards from the previous 3 entries. Not sure if it had to do with not having Paul Walker or if the writers themselves are getting bored. Some great action scenes, but it was missing something to set it above the rest.

Paul Walker's presence in this movie is greatly missed. Would love to see Michelle Rodriguez gone from the franchise. She is the worst of the actors/actresses cast. The banter between The Rock & Statham is quite entertaining. Overall, big action sequences are fun.

Here we go again, Franchise honestly should've stopped after 7, even 6 would've been fitting to be honest. A bit too over the damned top, submarines, no one dies in these car chases and what..... but if you are a fan of the franchise, pfft why not

While it's not the best film in the fast and furious franchise, it's not the worst, and worth a watch. It was pretty predictable, and the absence of Paul Walker doesn't help, but there's still something about these movies that gets the motor running.

Much like Logan was a x-23 film and not wolverine and mad max fury road was a furiosa movie and not a mad max. This movie was more of a rock and statham rather than a dom and family movie. It was just to set up their spin off movie, just so sad.

Look I'm a hugh fan of fast and furious but I give it a 3 star because of Rock, he just doesn't belong in these serious and he can't act. The serious is going down hill with him in it.

Fast 8 was a fun, over the top action movie. Like the rest of the films in the series, it's a nonstop thrill ride that is still enjoyable after 8 movies in the Fast series...some of the action sequences are a little ridiculous though...

The movie is entertaining to say the least, but not one of those i would watch again. The action scene are above and over the top. I only bought the steelbook because i have all the others. Probably will just sit on the shelf and collect dust.

I really enjoyed this movie and it deserves a 4 from me for that but i took one off because the extended cut is just digital and i enjoy 7.1 and high bit rate from the blu rays and not some compression not as good sound from a stream

Still a good movie, but the series is definitely on a downward trend. It's like they're running out of ideas of how to make fast cars interesting. Who knew?!?! And there's supposedly 2 more to come. Need to step up their game for 9.

Although the movie was entertaining, I found this to be one of my least favorite of the eight movies made. I enjoyed the humerous scenes between Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. Thumbs down to Charlize Theron as the villain.

This is the eighth installment of this series and at times it feels like they should have ended it at seven. Paul Walkers character was my favorite and this story sorely needed him. Not sure where else this series can go.

I feel like this franchise has run its course and this movie proved it. Seems like the story is being stretched farther than it needs to go. If you wanna keep with the series...watch it, otherwise just pass on this one.

This movie was sub par at best I would so rather watch the all the others...yes even Tokyo drift over this one. Only one race in the beginning, first a tank now we upgrade to a submarine lol would give 2.5 stars but can't.
