I really wish I could write a review as I have for other orders. But unfortunately, I have not received my order for this game. I originally placed this order on January 28, 2025. It never was updated as shipped. I spoke to several agents who said I would get my order and to wait because it was in back order. Ultimately, my orders was canceled. That made no sense to me since the item still showed it was in stock. After my order was cancelled, I reordered with the agent as I had to ensure that my item was price matched/credited as my previous order. To date, l haven't received my order. I chatted with over 5 agents including a supervisor for well over a month. This has been a terrible ordering experience as a long time Best Buy Customer. Anyone else experience this?
