I opted for the physical version to collect. You can get the upgrade free with ns online or pay $10 to upgrade. I wanted the new Switch 2 red cart, plus it saves storage space by having the game and update on the cart.

Not sure if it's worth $70. But the graphics upgrade is a noticeable difference. Whether on handheld with 120fps / HDR, or on a dock to a 4k TV. I can already tell I'll put a ton of hours into this game. I plan on getting TOTK switch 2 edition as well in the future.

This is not the only option for getting this game, if you have the Switch 1 version, you can pay $10 to upgrade (but you will have to download the upgrade, and data access from the Switch 1 cartridge will be slower than this).
