I bought this game for my son and after watching him play for a bit I was mesmerized. This game is every Zelda fan's wet dream. Even if you've never played a game in this franchise, you owe it to yourself to experience this. The best reason to own a WiiU. Five stars all the way.

This Zelda game is a departure for the series, taking Link through an open world layout similar to GTA. Rather than dungeons, Link has to find more than 100 shrines to solve the puzzles within. Easily a contender for Game of the Year 2017 and one of the best Zelda titles.

I have played Zelda since the first one came out on the original Nintendo. This game is so much fun to play. However, I didn't get the guide when I picked up the game... I have since ordered the guide. I recommend getting both. There are so many things to find and so much fun!

It has been a few years since Nintendo has produced a game of quality in my opinion. The Sandbox game play let's you play freely, the graphics are beautiful. This is a must have if you are a Zelda fan and even if just a gamer give this one a try. You will not be disappointed.

I bought this game thinking it would be another solid addition to the zelda series. WRONG!! It stands alone as it's own game and is completely different from any zelda game before. I don't want to spoil anything but I will definitely recommend this game to any and all gamers.

This game is just amazing. The game deserves all of the praise it has been getting and more. I am constantly amazed at what you can do in this game. The world is huge and full of life and I love it. If you have a Wii U or a Switch you have to have this game, plain and simple.

Love this game best Zelda to date! Absolutely fun and a fresh take on a great franchise. I will Stoll definitely get the new switch and zelda breath of the wild again for outta portability in the future, but getting this on Wii U was great to get for now whileI save money!

Best Zelda Game ever (except Link to the Past!) the game kept me entertained for hours.

What more can be said. Go check out all the reviews out there and you'll know why it's an excellent game. I bought the Wii U version because I couldn't get a hold of a Switch and I like posting comments and pics on Miiverse. If you can't hold out for a Switch version then grab this one. The only gripe i have with the Wii U version is the few seconds loading when going back to the game from Miiverse. There are slowdowns in certain areas but the Switch version also has slowdowns in areas where there's none on the Wii U version. Check out Digital Foundry's finding. Overall it was a very satisfying experience for me. You can go explore, wander aimlessly and get lost in Hyrule or follow the story. Either way it was a fun ride for me.

This game is truly amazing and brings new character to the Legend of Zelda series. The game is expansive and the artwork is incredible. Everything has been revamped in this new title and is truly what the fans have been waiting for. I cannot speak highly enough of this game.

I have enjoyed playing Zelda games since the original 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System and my favorite Zelda game, before this one, is Twilight Princess. Breath of the Wild is my new favorite Zelda game. Huge world, fun side quests, intuitive gameplay, I love this game.

This game is truly one of the most fun games I've played in a long while. Purchased on Wii U since couldn't buy Switch, but haven't been disappointed. Using the pro controller for the most part since I think it's a better experience than using the Wii U pad. A must have!

So I grew up playing the game, and this game shows so many aspects and features from the past Zelda game releases and just completely surpasses my capability of even considering a judgment. They put a lot into this game I would definitely make sure to check this one out!

It's an absolutely lovely and enjoyable game! I'm a very big time Zelda fan and this game always has something for you to do. Although replay value is a little low, even after you complete all the main quests, I think there's plenty of exploring that can still happen!

A must buy for any gamer with a Wii U or Switch. It's a new take on the Legend of Zelda for any newcomers to the series and veterans alike! Multiple challenges, puzzles, and side quests are spread throughout thEurope vast open world. Highly recommend this to anyone.

I've had the pleasure of playing this game for around 12 hours now and I feel I've only scratched its beautiful surface. If you enjoyed any other Zelda game, be sure to get this one! This is probably the most fun I've ever had playing a video game. Highly recommended!

Didn't get a switch yet, so bought the WiiU version instead. After watching the comparison to the switch version they were comparable. As far as the game is concerned it is really fun and engaging four hours in.. Definitely recommend it if you are a fan of the series

This game is really amazing! Best one of the series so far. The game may be pretty difficult at times but it's really entertaining. Great soundtrack, fun gameplay, awesome exploration, and great challenge makes this game so worth the purchase. Highly recommended!
