This is a Zelda game for a new generation. The world is larger than ever, the game is sometimes punishingly difficult, and the mechanics are all new. But it's a breathtaking, rewarding experience.

Bought it for the Wii U since I couldnt find myself getting the Switch since I already own the Wii U. Got it the day it came out and ever since I've been wanting to get back in to Link's quest. The graphics are cartoon-like sort of like Wind Waker but not as chilidish looking, if that makes sense. I'm a LoZ fan and have been there since the original LoZ: Links Adventure. Whether your a fan or not you should definitely try if you're into fantasy games.

Some say it is the best Zelda game... maybe... but one thing is sure: THIS GAME IS FUN! A must for the fan and the WiiU version doesn't disappoint in the least just a little less portable is all.

Even on WII U this game runs fine. I have it on switch too and this runs a little worse, more framedrops when a lot of action going on. My gf has played this about 70 hours and has no complaints.

I am a long time fan of the zelda series and this one so far is one of the best. It has a enormous map and a plethora of thing to find and do. The visuals are clear and live up to the zelda name.

It had been years since I had last played a Zelda game. Didn't think I would be able to enjoy it as much as I did when I was a kid. I was wrong! Such an amazing game! Must play!

Bringing back open world is something a lot of fans of the franchise have asked for. Hopefully it delivers.

Zelda: Breath Of The Wild is one of the most investing, charming and technically sound gaming experiences around. The game absorbs you and you can't help but pour hours into the stunning world.

I think the hundreds and thousands of 5 star reviews for BOTW are plenty. There is really nothing more for me to add except that the WiiU box cover is so much better than the Switch box cover.

Bought this on the Wii U because I was a fool and didn't pre order the switch. Still a great game on this platform and I now play it on both consoles. A must have if you love the Zelda games.

Zelda Breath of the Wild is absolutely stunning! There are so many things to do and see, and the game is absolutely gorgeous to look at. The Wii U finally has its Zelda, and its worth the buy.

This is a pretty good game, like it a lot, too bad no more Wii U games will be for the platform!

Nintendo was late in getting this one out, but this is the best Zelda ever made, the second best Nintendo game ever made, and is probably one of the top 5 video games ever. Do not miss this.

So happy to finally have purchased to the new LoZ game, it is everything I wanted it to be and more.

One of the best games I've ever played. You'll feel immersed in an expansive world that encourages open world exploration, as opposed to just ticking off quests. Can't recommend it enough.

If you love action-adventure games this is the game for you! It's everything that a Zelda game should have and more. My only complaint is the controls. Sprint is mapped to B and jump to X.

Awesome game. Breaks the mold a bit with difficulty which as an older gamer I enjoy. Oot holds a special place in my heart but the more I play of botw the smaller that special place gets

Is absolutely incredible. I have maybe 20hrsbof play time logged into it and I've barely scratched the surface. I'd highly recommend this game to any Zelda fan or gamer for that matter.

Most immersive Legend of Zelda game I’ve ever played. Deserves all the praise it has received. Recommend it for either Wii U or Switch, you will not be disappointed.
