Amazing upgrades were made to make this work. I finally can get into this game without any gimmicks. Works incredibly well with the wireless gamecube remote as well. Definitely a top 10 Zelda game.

This is probably my least favorite 3D Zelda game. But at least I finally got to play it for myself thanks to this Switch port. I never played it on the original console, so it's hard to compare, but for me on my Switch, everything ran smoothly and it was a good experience. I wouldn't pay full price for this particular title though.

This game has a rep of being a mediocre or bad Zelda game. This game is actually great and is even better on Switch! Playing with stick controls makes the game great and fun to play on the go!

Great port to the Switch! I love it! Amazing value

I have never in my life played a game that upsets me so much. It feels like no one actually play tested this game as all it does is frustrate anytime you try to play it. For starters, if you want to play with a Pro Controller or on a Switch Lite, you have to hold down a button for the right stick to control the camera. Otherwise, you will start swinging your sword around. As this is different than 100% of all other games out there, this is likely to occur 100% of the time for most players. If you switch to using Joy-Con motion controls, they are so imprecise that 2/3rds of the time, your motion won't be interpreted as you expected, and there's no way to calibrate the game to your motion style or to adjust the sensitivity. This is even if you get in the habit of using the reset gyro option frequently. In later fights, there's a certain level of precision expected that a misinterpreted input can be fatal. Games should not be like this. In short, if you're a diehard fan and have to get this... I'd say go for it. But I know then once I'm done with this, I'm not going to come back to it. It was simply unenjoyable.

Once you get used to it being set up different it’s a really fun game.
