This was a gift for my husband who is going on a deployment soon. He is not a gamer by any means, but he needs something for entertainment on down times! I wasnt sure how he'd react, but he was ver excited and started playing immediately lol its been about a week already and hes obssesed! The open gameplay, the storyline and side quests, he loves it all! Even just watching him play is entertaining lol the amount of things you can customize and explore is wild! Its like Zelda meets Skyrim, awesome combo. This game is worth every penny, no regrets!

I love this game when I first got it. The story line was very good and exploration was immaculate. When I started exploring, there was plenty to do play and battles to fight the, story line was completely different from breath of the wild. There is plenty to explore the map is similar to bed a while, but we completely new challenges and things to explore. I could spend hours and hours on this game!

I have been playing Tears of the Kingdom since it came out on May 12th. Love the Zelda games and if you have played Breath of the Wild, you will enjoy the additional ways to play. If you are new to the Zelda games, you will be amazed at the detail in this open world game. This game provides hundreds of hours of play with all of the things that you can do. Highly recommend!!!

Tears of the Kingdom was definitely worth the wait. While the game will not give you the same sense of awe due to using the same map, the addition of extensive and unique areas, new abilities that will challenge you creativity, a mountain of content and an engaging story will scratch that Zelda itch we've been feeling since Breath of the Wild.

I absolutely loved Breath of the Wild, so it's not surprising that I thoroughly enjoy its sequel as well! Tears of the Kingdom is packed with content and improves on many things BOTW lacked. 50 hours in and I'm still not even half way done with the game or it's story. I definitely see why they decided to charge $70 over the standard $60 price.

While the Switch's hardware might show its age at times, the core experience remains exceptional across all models. If you own a Nintendo Switch, playing Tears of the Kingdom is not just recommended, it's essential.

I've played hundreds of hours in Breath of the Wild - it's one of my all-time favorite games, and I'm generally a big Legend of Zelda. This feels like a natural sequel to BOTW, with quality of life upgrades and a brand new story that fits right into the world. I'm really enjoying it and love the new gameplay.

This is a must have game for the switch especially if you are a Zelda fan or a fan of open world games. This game is similar to breath of the wild but much better in almost every way. You will spend many hours playing and getting lost in the world

Nintendo hits it out of the park with follow up to Breath of the Wild. Tears of the Kingdom is an amazing game improves on everything Breath of the Wild did greatly. Adds new places to explore and even places from Breath of the Wild are changed up just a little so it feels new.

Def should pick up the game when i play it felt like a whole new experience even tho is it similar to the previous game it feels fresh due to the new mechanics added into the game making it not feel like a 70$ dlc this is a game that is enjoyable and can put alot of hour into

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an amazing title that returns new and old Zelda fans back into the franchise. I love the fact that they kept the open-world concept and they expanded the Breath of the Wild map by a TON! I don't want to spoil anything but there are plenty of new areas and layers of the map to explore. The music is amazing, the physics are amazing, and the visuals are amazing even for an outdated system like the Nintendo Switch. I recommend any core gamer or nintendo fan to get this game. Even with the price increase it's worth it. The devs put so much love into this title and games that come out every year like Call of Duty and Pokémon don't have the kind of detail that this game does.

I’ve been a long time Zelda fan ever since my first Zelda game—Ocarina of Time. I absolutely loved BOTW so obviously TOTK was a no-brainer. The game is both similar and very different from TOTK, and anyone saying it’s just BOTW DLC is lying to you. I spent hours just building stuff with the new abilities that Link gets, which lead to some hilarious moments. Please pick this game up and experience it for yourself because it’ll probably be the last Zelda game in this style (for now…).

Love the game play and the new functions that the game gives you. The story is intriguing and makes me want to keep playing to fill in all the pieces. Also love the easter eggs and fun extra items that you can find along the way+

Easily my game of the year. TOTK came thru with originality and creativeness to the extreme. Story is also amazing. Love how easy it was to pick up at Best Buy! Thanks to all the workers who were ready on release day!

The game is amazing. What else would you expect from Aonuma? Its a masterpiece. What really was great about buying from Best Buy was all the other Zelda fans waiting in line. Talking to them was an awesome experience. Ill always place a pre order from Best Buy for every game I have to have physically.

Best game ever! It has everything you could ever want in a zelda game. Stunning graphics, awesome characters, intense action, beautiful soundtrack, Not to mention the endless replay value. I highly recommend this game to anyone new to Nintendo,.Or to anyone who has a Nintendo but never played a zelda game. I'm certain that by the time you finish the game you will be sitting at the edge of your seat waiting for the next zelda game to be announced. And I also want to thank the staff at best buy for their quick responses in getting everyone's preorders Thanks. Again!

Waited a long time but worth it. Starts hard and thats a bonus. Create anything, fly to the sky or travel underground open world at your pace and doesent obligate you to do anything you dont want. A great game.

Absolutely amazing game play. One of my favorite switch games released. I love that it is an open world but still stands apart from Zelda Breath of The Wild! A free art print came with my purchase as well!

I always say when a Zelda game comes out that it is the best game of all time, but honesty this surpasses every expectation. Yes, it still has 2017 graphics but you shouldn’t expect more for a Switch hardware, even with that, it has the most valuable and creative gameplay in a open world game. Not a perfect game just because of the hardware limitations, as I mentioned before, but besides that, the game is amazing!!! Remember this, Edge and Famitsu only has 6 games with perfect score, and four of them are Zelda games, including this one. Nothing else to say.
