Matt Damon does great acting job. Except being on moon it shows what we are capable of doing when set out mind to it. Good reminder of what our forfathers had go thru to survive in many times harsh condition.

Nice film and yet again we have to save Matt Damon! Fun and despite certain science flaws depicted it is an interesting film and a must for any sci-fi viewers and martian colony hopefuls out there

The Martian is fun to watch. It has it's moments during serious and tense scenes, but the humorous parts were a bit tacky . The scenes where the main character keeps complaining about the disco music that he has to listen to was tiring. I mean okay we get, enough already. The 4K master of this film does have a noticeable upgrade. It's worth a look.

i bought the 4k uhd to test out contrast and pq of a couple display devices. this movie is very entertaining to watch. i prefer owning movie hard copy than streaming for better look and audio qualities.

The most I would like is the willing to live and when you see it in 4k!!

Movie was great no complaints here picture was excellent I got the 4k version it's a better buy if you don't mind the extra money it came with an additional blue ray DVD and a digital code

I can not imagine this movie with anyone but Matt Davon in it. I love the book and I love the movie. The book has much more detail, but the movie does a good job with it's limit time frame.

I bought this movie as a test for my home theatre because I had added a second subwoofer and wanted a workout for the subs. This movie offered great sound. Also a very good movie as well.

To see The Martian extended edition in Blu-ray is incredible viewing experience! The picture and colors are outstanding which, in my opinion, takes this movie to a whole new level.

Bought this 4k version for the atmos audio, for some reason the 1st release in 4k had no atmos. Waited for this version to go on sale . Really good movie just hate double dipping.

I have lost count how many times I have watched this movie. Then I found out there is an extended version with lots of extras. I have watched this one twice since I received it.

This movie was so well done. It was a very believable story. What I liked about this movie was how science and logic determined the characters actions. Well done! Really looked great in Blu-ray

Wile the book is better... This film does a good job of capturing the essence of the book and is a memorable, feel good movie that makes you believe in a positive future of possibilities!

I have now seen this movie 3 times, and really enjoyed it. It also looks great in 3D. One of the extras has the actors in character looking back at what happened, 7 years after the events.

This is one of the best sci-fi movies and is definitely one of my favorite. To see it in full 4K HD format is a treat!! I highly recommend buying this movie in this format.

My son(10) and I love this movie and the fantastic story it tells. The beauty of Mars and space will test your system's limits and look so real you will want to venture there yourself.
