    The messenger is a love letter to old school games like 2d Ninja Gaiden and Shinobi with a Metroidvania flair. Tight platforming and an amazing soundtrack. The Messenger is awesome!!! This game is also connected to Sea of Stars, which I also recommend.

    best buy orders come perfect. this is the messenger. if you are into fun games give this a try! i came to this by way of searching for soulslike and just casually saw this being played and had to pick it up!

    I love this game, lucky it has been reprinted on again, i play the digital version first and wow. it takes me back playing the NES versions Ninja Gaiden
