Nioh is one of those games, that you either love or hate in my opinion. I happen to love them. Think Dark Souls as a Samurai in feudal Japan. Not for the faint of heart as the difficulty can be a challenge at times, but if you're into the "souls" type games, this remastered collection of Nioh for PS5 hits a home run!

This game is like playing a combined veersion of Ninha Gaiden and Dark Souls, that includes the difficulty of both franchises as well... in a good way. All the dlc and patches are on both discs, I wish more collections were released in this manner.

Fans of both the original Nioh games and even those hits starting fresh will definitely enjoy adding this remastered/enhanced version of the PS4 games to their PS5 library for a definite few hours of hack-n-slash, combo fun. But be warned even the average difficulty isn’t very much for the faint of heart but that adds to the charm.

Excellent games combine in one disk. Good value for the quality of the games combo put in disk.

If you're looking for intense challenge? This is it. Extremely fun game, and rewarding if you are willing to put the hours to master it.

This is the collection I've been searching for and finally. I'll be playing both of the games in celebration for Nioh 3 being announced.

Awesome collection and great for ninja gaiden fans

Nioh is awesome. It is a deep customization souls -like that lets you fight the way you like best. It is more fast paced than most from-software but with plenty of challenge and fun to be had. You will regret sleeping on this 2 pack of 2 amazing games

On top of being another team ninja classic, the combat and small but interesting story and similarity to Wo Long make this game collection one of the best in awhile. The DLC strongly emboldens all the experience.

Great challenging game with awesome graphics. This is my first time playing and I'm enjoying the game. Only down side is there's no option to change audio fully to English.

The remastered versions of NIOH and NIOH 2 are outstanding. Visually they are nearly equal to each other and both still maintain the core enjoyment of the both niohs

After playing Khazan the first berserker, a difficult souls-like game, I was eager to play another in a similar vein. This game scratches that itch and then some, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone interested in such.

I start with an odd statement: neither of these games individually would score as high as they are combined in this collection, and this collection is what I’m reviewing. Nioh as a series sets itself apart with visceral, engaging, and joyously complex combat not found anywhere else in the Souls-like subgenre. And while it is hampered by a story that is just as unintuitive as its UI, at least it actually delivers one. If you get into Nioh through this collection, you’re treated to an impressively long, grueling journey filled with all your dollars’ worth in tears and frustration, one that is easily shared with others. Sure, its visuals are not at all impressive on current gen hardware, but these two games combined saw me turning on my PS5 every night until the end, and that says everything it needs to.

Excellent soulslike with a Diablo esq loot system. Team ninja strikes again! In 4k this time! Shoutout to the employee who took care of the order. Very nice and helpful. 10/10

These are two incredible games, completely remastered for the PS5 AND they include all the DLC. 100% worth it if you’re curious, and two of the best Non-FromSoftware soulslikes out there.

There’s a reason why people say it’s the best souls like mechanic out there ever and number 3 even better

Another Souls-Like game (for those that dont know, its Dark Souls/Elden Ring genre type game). This one is set in an era of ninjas/samurai. You'll like it if you enjoyed games like Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Elden Rong

Nioh 1 and Nioh 2 collection upgraded for the PS5! Great buy for those who want to have all their favorite games in PS5 physical. I already owned both these games on my PS4 but for $20 it was an impulse purchase. Looks great on my game shelf!

Excellent value to have these two excellent games remastered in one collection. If you were already a fan of Nioh or the Souls genre in general, this is a great deal. Be forewarned that these games are not for the faint of heart. Everyone will be different, but I found them far more challenging than Dark Souls, Bloodborne, etc. But the execution of the mission statement for these games is flawless.
