This was another Disney remake wherein they ruined it. Costumes were beautiful, lush scenery and acting was great but the story was weak. Where was the main character the "Nutcracker" except for the soldier who guarded Clara was called nutcracker. Story wasn't followed, it was dark and dreary, very disappointing.

I have never seen the ballet, but was interested in adding a new movie to my Christmas watch list. This probably won't make the cut. It was a pretty movie, but kind of short and strange with walking toy soldiers it reminded me of the Santa Claus 2.

It delivers on the special effects but thats pretty much it. The characters are a little underdeveloped and the story is just ok. Check it out if you're a fan of the nutcracker.

Some good parts, some slow and boring parts. If you like the actors you will probably like it more than I did

The 4k hdr picture was not what i was expecting from disney. Looks like a regular blu ray

It could of been a great classic, however the characters choices is questionable.

Movie was predictable, good special effects, my grand children will enjoy it.

This movie is average at best. The flow of the movie is not great and you will lose interest at many points. I would recommend another movie if your considering between this movie and other options.
