Game is a great alternative to fallout. In fact its pretty much fallout in space. Graphics arent anything to awe about compared to dedicated home consoles. Its more about the convience of being able to play almost AAA games on the go. Great game!

It’s a really good game, good story, gameplay i like the choices you make impact the story.

I haven’t played on any other platform to compare graphics, but this game is thoroughly enjoyable on Switch!

Great game I highly recommend if you like Fallout, Dont be surprised this port is coming with a price to detail and muddy graphics, overall solid gameplay, interesting story, open world do what you want when you want become what you want all compressed with Unreal Engine on the Nintendo Switch. I like to add it is remarkable how they managed to port this on the switch which is a hard feat to do, Good job and I hope we as the consumer will get another update to the detail and do away with the muddy textures. I'm enjoying this game very much.

The game itself: excellent story-driven RPG. Good character customization. It's not as grand in scope as a Fallout or Elder Scrolls game, but it is more polished. What is there works really well. Playing through a second time for a "dumb" character playthrough. Switch port: Not visually impressive at all. Patches have helped. However, I will probably put in more hours into the Switch version than the PC version due to its portability. Definitely worth it if it is on sale.

Closest thing I can get to playing Fallout on the Switch. Game is definitely worth the play, but resolution wise there are better ways to play it. I'm playing it on the Switch and 20 hours in so far so good. Runs smoothly and shooting things is fun, but smashing things is better. Very much like Fallout melee. Story is fantastic and the settings are actually really beautiful in their own right, even on the Switch. [Dumb] Graphics, nice. Colors, pretty. Game, fun.

I played this entry after the new patches came out which supposedly fixed some frame rate issues and graphics all around. I never got to see the supposed previous problems and had a majestic time from beginning to end. I knew what I was getting myself into with this game and it didnt disappoint. The story is well told and the pacing is great. Combat is fun and there are a lot of weapons and style of weapons to choose from in the game. One of the few rpgs where there are also real choices and consequences to your actions.

This game is amazing and the closest thing at this moment and time to fallout for the Nintendo switch console. The graphics aren't bad at all and the game is highly playable. It just feels so good to take a game like this anywhere with you. Ofcorse there will be mixed reviews and this is a specific category of game so to each their own, but I like it a lot! I feel so space age playing it on the go.

A great title for the Switch. It's basically Fallout in space and there are lots of different paths and possibilities for the story. Lots of value here.

The setting was interesting and it did very well at mimicking the gameplay of the Fallout series. It is a bit on the story side and each area is fairly small compared to the large open world of Fallout. Unfortunately the Switch version has a lot of performance issues and the visuals are quite ugly. If you don't care about playing it portably, I'd suggest playing it on another platform.

It's an action packed game and it's filled with excitement

The Outer Worlds is an interesting game reminiscent of FallOut. The Switch Port is good but has its limitations because of the console. After the patch it does play better and the visuals are much better as well. Would still recommend if you want the portability.

I wanted to play this game when it originally came out on other platforms but I didn’t have a good enough computer, or an Xbox or PlayStation, so when I found out it was coming to Switch I was stoked. Reading reviews I knew what to expect from it as far as graphics and performance as it is a port, and honestly? Didn’t care. Getting to play this game anywhere I want is a sacrifice I will make, I don’t need everything to look hyperrealistic. I like a good story, and this game has a lot of story options and customization.

Loved this game on Xbox One and was glad to find it for the Switch. Fun gameplay, an incredible and quirky story, and awesome RPG elements make this one of the best games of the year in the FPS RPG genre. You can make a wide variety of decisions in lots of different situations and the developers have thought of the consequences for all of them. The choose your own adventure aspects when combined with the fun and easy to master gameplay create a game that has lots of re-playability.

Really well done, enjoying the play so far. I'm about 20 hours in and the story is great. A lot of the game play aspects really resonate with me as I'm a very casual gamer. Would recommend if someone is looking for an engaging relaxed play through.

Pretty great Sci-fi game. Don't expect great graphics thought. They are good but not great. You're buying this game for the Story telling and RPG parts. That is what's great and in a handheld form. If you are expecting the graphics to be Xbox or PS4 quality then you will be disappointed.

I got this after the patch and it runs pretty well. Still has some framerate issues occasionally (I finished the game and it happened <5 times) and the graphics aren't top tier but this is the Switch, not a tricked out PC. If those things bother you, stick with the PC version. However, if you're not picky about those things, more concerned about portability, and are looking to scratch that Fallout itch then I highly recommend the Switch version. The game is a bit shorter than I expected though. I took about 45 hours according to my Switch and I did almost everything. I got it 50% so it was worth it at that price.

it’s was okay playing with last patches, still some slow downs but not overall an enjoyable experience for on the go gaming. Truly happy that was my first experience with the outer worlds. To bad switch is not the powerful. Maybe in the future it will be.
