    I bought this item as a gift and the recipient was sent an entirely different item. The customer service team was not at all apologetic or helpful and was incredibly rude. I ended up buying the correct game at a different retailer.

    The Show only lasts ONE GAME, no seasons, no variables what so ever. Waste of $$$$.

    My 10 yr old loves it. The only issue we had was the server was down for a long time (at least a week, it seemed) when he first got it in September, so he didn’t have access to any dynamic features of the game. We didn’t realize how much of the game requires the online servers, even for the physical copy of the game. Now that the servers are back, he doesn’t seem to have any issues.

    Great fun for the entire family. Got us together for Family Game Night, and if you have teenagers, you know how hard it is to get them out of their rooms and engaging with the rest of the family. Definitely recommend!

    Fun game, though a bit confusing for newcomers to the franchise like myself. Graphics look quite bad on the Switch, but the gameplay still runs fine and is overall an impressively in-depth baseball game.
