For starters I personally prefer MCU movies over DC movies. I do however love any and all all superhero’s. With that being said this movie was a massive surprise. It is hands down one of the best DC movies released in the last few years. This movie is miles better than it’s original so don’t let that deter you. The unique and like able characters and how they come together is the center of the story. This 4K movie in particular is phenomenal. The audio is great and the visual is bright, beautiful and vivid. This movie is a must watch for any superhero fan though please be aware the movie is rated R as if is very violent so definitely not recommended for children. Really nice when we can get a good R rated mature superhero movie. This movie is what the original could have been and the concept perfectly executed.

This film left me very surprised with how much there was to enjoy about it on several different levels. The narrative, while not wholly original, even reminiscent of Gunn's past films at times, is simple enough to follow while still offering a few surprises along the way. The film really shines with its action; Harley Quinn's solo sequence is potentially one of the best action pieces in any of the recent DC films. The visuals overall are very strong with the way that some elements appear intentionally desaturated, thereby allowing certain colorful elements to really pop, especially with the HDR. The humor usually lands, and the gore is just shocking enough without being over gratuitous. Overall, an entertaining film that does a decent job showing off the high points of 4K and HDR.

So glad I bought the 4K disc version of this movie! I enjoyed watching it in theaters and will love re-watching it at a moment’s notice! Quality is much better than 4k streaming version as well

Despite the slightly confusing title, The Suicide Squad is indeed the second movie in the series. All of the actors do their characters justice here, with only a few missteps that are likely due to the writing (the thing with Polka-Dot Man seeing everyone as his mother is meant to be hilarious, but actually it's just gross). DC is obviously trying to go the way of Marvel's Deadpool with the violent and raunchy humor here, but it works for the most part. The addition of King Shark was a wise choice, as his parts easily steal the show. There is still a heavy focus on Harley Quinn, but the chemistry between the characters and an interesting main villain save this one from mediocrity. While not perfect, I'd say The Suicide Squad is a fine addition to the DC movie universe...just don't take it too seriously.

Excellent movie full of action. Will Definity enjoy watching this again to pick up on all the craziness i missed the first viewing!

A much better rendition than the original with the bonus of getting to see Margot Robbie reprise the role. If you like the DC storylines, this one's worth watching.

Love the craziness of this movie. James Gunn’s sensibilities are perfect for this movie. And there’s a man sized walking, talking shark! Need I say more!

I recently purchased this to watch on my 4K OLED TV and my PS5 and was not disappointed. The quality of the picture in the sound was top notch. It was like they were right there in the room with me. As for the movie itself I do fairly enjoy the film. The extra blood and guts on a action movie based on a comic book is sometimes greatly appreciated special effects were done really well and it was an enjoyable hour and a half to 2 hours of watching this movie.

Great film. James Gunn is great at making you care about really obscure characters. 4K quality is reference.

How this movie failed at the box office I will never understand. It is easily a FAR superior film to the first Suicide Squad, it has better action, effects, acting, and humor (oh so dark humor). The movie may not be for everyone due to some excessive violence and cruel humor, but if that’s up your alley, this movie is a blast! The PQ is top notch, as to be expected with a 4K release from 2021, as is the AQ. You will not be disappointed.

Was a little apprehensive about this movie after their last attempt with some of these characters. I came out pleasantly surprised by the action, humor, and character growth. Had to pick it up and add it to my library. Glad it came with a digital version as well. Even tuned into the peacemaker spin-off series as a result and enjoyed that too.

A great movie that involves normal bad guys from the DC universe doing good guy stuff. Of course they have to overcome their different character limits and find a way to work together. The movie has plenty of action as well as character development and plot twists. You know what he said hey positive win for the DC universe, you should totally enjoy this film even if you're not familiar with any of the DC villains. Recommended.
