Bought Twilight 15th Anniversary steel box set and one was completely broken at the spine. Case is in 2 pieces. Very disappointed

What is going on here? I should have had this preorder item on the release day! How is my item "Delayed" when there is a bunch of them in my local best buy store right now. I am a Total Tech Member so should I not get this on Day 1? Seriously? So being a yearly paying TT member & Preordering is worthless, pretty much not for your loyal customers who spend their money upfront in order to get an item sooner than later! Ok Got It, Lesson Learned! Thanks for showing us what we the customers mean to your brand of service. I will make sure to voice out my bad experience within my social media hubs and circle of family & friends.

The whole box came damaged on the corners which I could’ve lived with but the whole steelbook for breaking Dawn was broken. After paying $80 for the collection i thought they’d package better and care about the quality of the item for the price but sadly not. I had to return the collection to the store and now I’m hoping it comes back in stock online to try again.

I got this for nostalgic purposes and was disappointed because i collect steelbooks, love them. And the display box was damaged.

Very nice-looking set but arrived damaged. One of the steel books had a broken spine. I hope my local store has it so I can do an exchange tomorrow.

It arrived with Breaking Dawn part 2 damaged, clean in half.

Got mine just fine I went to the store and picked the set up. Not sure why people leave one star reviews on the product just because their delivery is delayed. Also comes with digital code which is nice.

4 stars because the box came slightly damaged which is upsetting as this is a limited edition/collectors edition. The DVDS are beautiful, though.

Here's what you get: -4k physical releases of the theatrical cuts for all the films -standard bluray releases of the theatrical cut for all the films -standard bluray release of the extended edition of Breaking Dawn Part 1 (included in the options of the theatrical edition disc) -digital codes for all the movies -1 bluray disc of special features for every film -standard quality steelbooks with above average art, and a decent cardboard case to house the steelbooks For the collectors of Twilight, as of now, this is the only way to get 4k physical releases of the Twilight saga. For the completionists out there, there are at least 2 versions of the movies (except for Breaking Dawn Part 2) that have been released which are the theatrical and the extended editions. The most complete versions of these movies are the extended edition blurays that came out a few years ago. This steel book set only has one of the extended edition films as an option on the theatrical disc. Why does it not have the others? Regardless, if you collect the Twilight movies, then you'll want this set for the 4k upgrade, and you'll want to keep your older extended edition blurays because for some reason they aren't included here, and I doubt that the extended editions will ever be physically released in 4k (or for that matter, ever released physically again).

The set is beautiful but it sadly did arrive damaged and as a collector any sort of damage big or small is upsetting, especially for how much this cost. Haven’t had time to watch the DVDs yet so can’t speak to the quality.

I didn’t read the books, but I did see all the films in the theater. The movies are a guilty pleasure for me. Even though BB dropped the ball I eventually received my set. I plan to binge watch them over the Turkey Holiday. The box set was just thrown in a box with no packing material. Thankfully it wasn’t damaged. The steelbooks are great but the outer box is cardboard and the movies are hard to get out. I have to shake the box to get them out. I did watch the extras and there are plenty of them. The digital versions are only good for Vudu, so disappointed. If you are a fan this is a no brainer.

Yes. I was one of the pre-orders that got delayed. HOWEVER, the item was delivered only a few days after its release, and I was refunded the $10 for the release sale price. I've ordered from Best Buy for years, and this is the ONLY time I've had a lackluster product order. Therefore, I'm gonna let this experience go, because they made it right by expediting the item and giving me that sale price refund. As a big Twilight fan since the release of the first book, I was beyond excited to finally see a steelbook collection being released, let alone having all the movies in 4K (I haven't found this anywhere else, have you?). This set is beautiful, and takes me back to my teenage days when the Twilight Saga was the phenomenon that it was. The set arrived in perfect condition, and the digital code for the entire series is a great bonus! Thank you Best Buy for providing this amazing item, and I'm bummed I won't be able to order your movie exclusives anymore, since you've decided for some reason to opt out of selling movies soon. So weird... but bon voyage! I'll find my steelbooks elsewhere.
