This was supposed to be a gift for my wife but the first movie she pulled out when she took the plastic off was in 2 pieces! I’ve purchased a lot of steelbooks from Best Buy but never have I gotten one that literally fell apart as easy as this one did. Terrible handling by whoever processed my item.

Item arrived damaged!!! Did not come protected at all. Best Buy’s sucks at packaging your items

At first I pre-ordered online, and I got delayed like everyone else I check to see if my local Best Buy had it in the store and they did just ended up picking it up. If anybody’s having problems with the pre-ordering just try to pick up at your nearest Best Buy. I’ve been waiting for this forever the steel book collection is really beautiful.

Who really cares that your shipment was delayed…if its in the store, go get it! Best buy doesnt get affected by your one star reviews on a movie. The movie is the one that suffers cause youre too butthurt to understand the difference. Might I suggest leaving another review then call best buy to express your grievances. The box set is great! I ordered it from the store for pick up and guess what?…its there lol.

I only gave this box set 2/5 stars as this box set does NOT include the extended cuts for TWILIGHT, NEW MOON, ECLIPSE and BREAKING DAWN PART 1. This set has theatrical release cuts only which is totally ridiculous as they could have easily included the extended cuts as well. This is probably just another instance where they release the theatrical cuts in 4K and then ten years down the road release the extended cuts in another 4K box set. I now regret buying this product.

Twilight saga on 4k is a must for any fan of the series! Plus the limited edition steelbooks look great and are packaged well in the box!

Can you please get this back in stock so I can buy it!!! I have been waiting so long for it to come back in stock.

The first set came damaged. Best Buy got me a new undamaged one right away! No hassle at all!

Preordered October 4th. Got delayed message. Then they dropped the price ten bucks. Unable to cancel or switch to in store pickup. Just placed a second order for lower price and in store pickup. Hopefully first one will get canceled.

I preordered the steelbook Nov.1 and it should been shipped out on friday or saturday i talk to multiple customer service people and all they do is tell you that it will arrive on the release but i stead i get a delayed preorder so i canceled it and now i m picking it up at my best buy today instead of waiting til tomorrow for it to arrive. You people need to get to priority straight and stop lying to your customers this is why you guys are getting only 2 ⭐️ ⭐️ because u guys don t know how to get orders out on time. I preordered the nun 2 4K and it says arriving tuesday but it didn t get shipped until sunday and now it won t arrive until thursday

Picture and sound were outstanding. But the extended versions were not included!!! Next year they will rerelease it with the extended cuts and get paid twice. What a miss best buy.

Worst preorder experience ever. Pre-ordered 9/20/23. Day of it gets delayed even though for months it said get by 11/14. To add on top of that it is in sale for $10 off. So preordering gets you punished, by charging you the non-sale full price AND you do not receive on relase day. Cancelled order and did in store pick up. That order too got cancelled bc the store was out of stock even though it showed available “today” for store pick up. Terrible and inconvenient experience
