    I’m done with Best Buy I’ve been shopping there for 25+ years. I recently bought a video game when I got home and opened it there was a dvd inside. I tried to take it back to the store and couldn’t exchange it because they didn’t have any copies of the game. I called customer service they told me to send it back for a return I did and then Best Buy sent it back to me and told me I returned the wrong item. So after being a loyal customer for over 25 years you guys are going to screw me out of $40 for a mistake on your end NOT MINE. The way this has been handled has been horrible. All I want is the correct item I bought or my money back

    This is my first time playing this game, the grafics and game play, npcs and game style are farr beyond what I imagined, i would highly recommend this game to someone who has never played the game, so much to do and the maps are huge, one of my new favorite games
