This is another fine collection of episodes from TellTale. I've enjoyed everything they've been releasing since Walking Dead Season 1 on Xbox 360. I'm well aware of the games released prior on PC, but I don't play on PC, I'm just a peasant. The story for Wolf Among Us is done really well and I enjoyed the twist/turns it throws you. I picked this up during Black Friday for $17 and it was a great price for the 5 episodes. My only complaint with this game and all TellTale games that I've played on a console is that these games seem to stutter and occasionally freeze up during a scene as it loads the next action/and or dialogue sequence. It just throws me out of the experience when this happens and it seemed to happen alot in this game. If TellTale could make their games look a little sharper and run better, I'd give 5 stars. I've spoken with other friends that have played this game and the Walking Dead Season 2 on Xbox One and this has happened to them as well. Minor gripe, but gripe enough to get 4/5.

I really enjoyed this game which is based on the characters from the Fables Comic Books but I think it is important that you know what it is before you buy. It is not for children - There is bad language, violence and even some nudity. It is not for action fans. This is more like an interactive movie or motion comic. Most of your input is choosing dialogue and making ethical decisions. There are a few fight scenes that involve pressing a button at the right time but even this is fairly forgiving. It is also fairly short. I haven't tried to replay it yet but I have my doubts that the story will change significantly. Still, if you are a fan of the comic and enjoy a good story this can be a lot of fun.

I fell in love with Telltale Games when I was introduced to The Walking Dead series. I was thrilled to hear about a different story that had the same structure and feel as those games. The Wolf Among Us tells an engaging story with thought out gaming mechanics and creative writing. You won't be disappointed in this game!

If you have played The Walking Dead and liked it, this is the game for you to play. It is based on the Fables comic book series. The story keeps you engaged and makes you play the game more. The graphics and animations are also like comic book style and very well made.

Nothing new to see here in terms of gameplay, but the story, direction, art and everything else compliments this series very much. I was kind of actually annoyed by the other TT games, but this one I had fun with. Besides the few technical hiccups the game is pretty straightforward and very engrossing.

definitely a heavy hitter for last year's game roster. The gameplay is fun, story is engaging, and the score to the game is so fitting. If you've read the comics then you'll be a fan, easy as that. I fully enjoyed the play-through and hope they do another one.

I Love This Game! It has an amazing and entertaining story that has you on the edge of your heels at times. Even the action scenes are intense in the way you interact with it. I would recommend this game to anyone that love story driven games.

This is an adventure game, so the focus is on dialogue. Thankfully, the story's pacing is tight and your dialogue choices affect the story. Action scenes pepper the game and are comprised of quick time events. The game constantly presents choices that change the outcome of the game. Needless to say, the game has great replay value. A neat feature, your choices are compared to other players at the end of each episode. The game definitely has a mature tone. I have read the Fable comics, upon which the game is based, and the game seems more explicit than the comics. Maybe the difference of seeing a panel versus a moving scene. Anyways, it is not like the comics are meant for children. Being familiar with the comics is an added bonus, but not necessary.

Bought this game to see how this genre works and really have enjoyed it. Great story makes this a compelling game and hard to put controller down.

I'm not familiar with the Fables universe at all, but I picked this up because my wife loves the comics. With no prior knowledge of the world, I really loved this game... big surprise, since it's Telltale. Excellent story, phenomenal writing. But - as is typical with telltale, there are some technical problems with the game (screen freezing, skipping animations), but that didn't detract from the experience.

I've played every Telltale game that's been put out, from Walking Dead all the way through Game of Thrones but this story puts all the others to shame. It's an extremely interesting take on all the classic fairy tales and fables that you grow up hearing as a kid. After finishing this game I went right out and purchased a few Fables graphic novels in order to keep the story going. Very well done, Telltale.

Game story overall is a great one. A bit short for a five-part series. But deafly overall a great game.

I picked this game up on an impulse buy and so glad I did. I was so impressed with this game. In the style of a choose your adventure it really is a joy to play. I really loved this style a game, but haven't seen a good one in a long time. The story is interesting and keeps you entertained. I'm only two-thirds through the game but can't wait to see the ending.

This is the best work of Telltale Games storied adventure game career. I came into this with no knowledge of the the graphic novel series or really fairy tales at all for that matter. I walked away completely blown away by the noir themes and expertly designed storytelling. This game is one of the best of '14 and a must play for anyone looking for an amazing story.

It's a great game, especially if you're a fan of Fables. However, if you're not already invested in the comic, it might not be as good. If you like the idea of fairy tale characters dealing with life in New York, and the Big Bad Wolf being hard core, you'll probably enjoy this game.

I enjoyed The Walking Dead game by Tell Tale so I figured I would try this out, since it is only $20. What I found was a gritty take on what it would be like if children's story characters made it to the big city and had to police there own. Far from a kids game, I enjoyed the narrative and the voice acting is top notch. Pick this title up and never think of the old fairy tales the same way again!
