Small, but mighty!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Small but very mighty. It’s been helping with my healing tremendously. Such a game changer that it’s portable and can be used almost at all convenience. My favorite setting is the dual mode, both hot and cold increments.

I’m enjoying it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does exactly what it says it supposed to do. I really like it because it really does do a great job with the cold, hot, cold, hot. I have a hard time getting the strap to be exactly the way I want it but I like that I could actually forgo to strap and use my own straps which might make it easier including a military belt. Overall great product.

Next Generation of Recovery
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THIS…. Is the Therabody - RecoveryTherm Cube and I haven’t been this excited for a gym recovery product since I bought my Theragun Pro (which I love!). It is a small but very useful cube like structure, ironically almost looking like an ankle bracelet when I was using it on my achilles (I tore it and get flare ups but this really soothes it back down). I really enjoy that on muscles that I worked the prior day or day’s I was able to relax with heat before going to the gym. I enjoy stretching and mild weighted warmups and I instantly stuck my cube on my tense spots and felt it ease away to later hit them with the Hot/Cold therapy. The Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube is stacking up to be an insane product, so lets take a deeper look at it. Temperatures I recorded while reviewing =========================== Cold: Low - 67.4F Medium - 61.6F High - 53.6F Hot: Low - 95.5F Medium - 101.4F High - 107.2F ( hot but not too hot) Universal Application =================== Working in the ICU, I also understand the value of quality recovery. I wish this product was readily available for post surgical patients as hot/cold therapies is one of the best methods to improve recovery times. Like how can I not recommend this product to a person that is going to be going into surgery? It gets colder and stays colder longer than an ice pack, gets warmer than a hot pack and then can do both at the same time to cycle your targeted area therapeutically. I think this is where this product really shines in its versatility, is it isn’t just for the avid gym rat and actually has a place in most peoples lives! While being a man I don’t receive this benefit, I enjoy just how excited my wife is to use this to battle her period cramps as well. She usually uses a heated blanket tethered to the wall, however, with this she can take it on the road and to work to be her companion whenever she needs it. The RecoveryTherm weighs in at around 12 ounces which is awesome as it isn’t a second workout lugging it around. Battery Life ============== I really have never had an issue with battery life on this product, easily using it for an hour and a half or more without charging. I don’t really see a statistical difference between the energy used on heating or cooling so no need to plan on either being more of a drain. The battery, coupled with the type C charger and you can easily get a quick charge on your way to or on the way home from the gym so you can hit your worked areas ASAP! To sum it up ======================= I am blown away, not only by how long the RecoveryTherm last… but how it gets ice cold or therapeutically warm in under a minute, often times in under 30 seconds. This all leads to something I want to make clear… is that once you buy one… your odds of buying another go up tremendously as you want the RecoveryTherm working on more than one area at a time lol!! Not the worst problem to have! The included adjustable bands are also somewhat a headache to get use to at first, however, once you get the hang of it, it isn't so bad! Noise is also never really an issue, when it is on full blast it is around 35db and certainly blends in with background noise as it is very much like a fan’s white noise. What I am trying to get at here is that this is really a recovery product for anyone that gets sore, not exclusive to any one group… and it is REALLY good at what it does. I implore everyone to try it, I had my father use it on his hands (arthritis) and we went out and bought one the next day for him. Truly is a magical device that is helping almost everyone that it touches. The best part, As always, Bestbuy has an excellent return policy and even better customer service, so you never have to worry about buying a product that you don’t like… so why not test it out?!

Rheumatoid Arthritis meet your match
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So in one word WOW. This is the best thing since sliced bread. So just a little background and you will understand why i say this. I got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the young age of 38 and over the years even on medication it's gotten a lot worse. I have tried the old warming pad or bags of ice but the just don't get either as hot as you want or cold and with the ice it can get messy if the baggie leaks water everywhere. So being i have tried everything under the sun i figured what's it going to hurt if this recovery cube does not work, i'll toss it in the pile of other junk products i have tried. So i always go in with an open mind when i try stuff like this because you never know. I can't get across how blown away i was with how well this recover cube worked. Besides all the aches and pains i have from RA. I have had seven surgeries on my knee. So it comes with two adjustable straps one smaller for like around your arm and a lot bigger one for around say your waist or chest. It also came pre charged so a nice little quality of life feature so you can out of the box use it. It's simple to use and within 2 minutes of getting it out of the box i had it up an running. It's got 3 settings for hot and 3 for cold and you can also use it were it goes between hot and cold. So the first thing you will notice is this actually works and works very very well. It heats up or gets ice cold in milliseconds. Once you turn it on with whatever you select it like bam hot or cold. I stick to the second setting for either hot or cold that i'm using. The 3rd setting to me is too much but i might just have more sensitive skin,so someone else might prefer the max setting but i'll warn you at least to me it was very hot or very cold. I was super impressed on how fast it got warm or cold it was all but instant. Another thing that impressed me was the battery life. On the second highest setting for heat and i tried the cold on my knee, It would last for about 45 min give or take and it charges back up pretty fast. All i can say is anyone out there with RA this will be your new best friend. It is so well worth getting i can't tell you,you have to experience it yourself but in my experience i absolutely love the recovery cube.

Portable, Convenient and Effective
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube is a compact and portable device designed to provide effective and hassle-free pain relief and muscle recovery. It seamlessly combines cold therapy, heat therapy, and contrast therapy, offering a versatile solution for a wide range of aches and pains. One of its notable features is its capability to switch between three distinct treatment settings: cold, heat, and contrast therapy. The cold therapy mode offers instant relief without the inconvenience of traditional ice packs, while the heat therapy mode helps soothe soreness and induce relaxation in a single session. The contrast therapy mode, featuring alternating periods of hot and cold therapy, delivers a unique and relaxing recovery experience. Its portable and wearable design, complete with adjustable straps, allows for targeted relief on the body. The device is cordless and equipped with a USB-C rechargeable battery that lasts an impressive 120 minutes, ensuring multiple treatment sessions before requiring a recharge. Whether used by hand or securely strapped to various body parts using the included Velcro straps, it offers convenient and hands-free relief. Operating the device is as simple as pressing a button, and the preset treatment plans are tailored for maximum effectiveness. The user-friendly controls make it easy to set up your preferred treatment, and the device employs Cryothermal Technology to maintain precise temperature levels and treatment durations for optimal results. As someone who frequently experiences muscle discomfort, I was particularly impressed by the effectiveness of the cold therapy mode. It provided relief similar to traditional ice packs without the hassle of condensation. The convenience of strapping it to my leg while I worked was a significant advantage. Although there may be some challenges in positioning the device on specific body areas, such as knees, the overall convenience and effectiveness outweigh this minor inconvenience. The long-lasting rechargeable battery ensures multiple treatments, and the recharging process is quick. Pros: Versatile treatment options Portable and wearable design Rechargeable battery for extended use Effective pain relief without mess User-friendly controls Cons: Challenges in positioning on certain body areas Slightly limited coverage for larger areas Initial cost investment Overall, the Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube is an exceptional recovery tool that simplifies the use of cold and heat therapy. It eliminates the need for messy ice packs and inconsistent heating pads, making it an invaluable addition to any post-workout or post-injury recovery regimen.

Unique device for hot or cold therapy
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As an avid athlete and fitness enthusiast, I've tried my fair share of recovery tools, but none have left me as impressed as the Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube. This innovative device has truly changed the game when it comes to post-workout recovery, and I can't sing its praises enough. The first thing that struck me about the RecoveryTherm Cube was its sleek and modern design. It's compact and easy to transport, making it a convenient addition to my gym bag. Setup was a breeze, and the intuitive controls ensured I was up and running in no time. What truly sets this recovery device apart is its ability to combine two highly effective recovery methods: heat and cold therapy. The heat therapy function has been useful in post gym workout recovery. With customizable temperature settings, which are indicated by one to three dots on the device, I could tailor the experience to my preference, and the soothing warmth helped to relax my muscles, easing tension and promoting blood flow. The cold therapy aspect of the RecoveryTherm Cube is even more impressive. No more messy bags of ice or clunky ice packs to deal with! I’ve been having chronic ankle pain for a while now and ice bags do help but I’m too lazy to deal with the messy aspects of changing the ice when it melts and cleaning up any water that spills. No more worries now with this Cube. It is unbelievable how convenient this device is when you want to do a quick ice therapy session. I find myself reaching for the RecoveryTherm Cube often when I want to ice down my ankle now since there is no prep or cleanup involved like in the past with actual ice. What I appreciate most about the RecoveryTherm Cube is its versatility. Whether I needed a quick warm-up before hitting the gym or a thorough recovery session after an intense training session, this device had me covered. It's also whisper-quiet, ensuring I could use it without disturbing others. There is even an alternating function where the Cube will switch between hot and cold modalities. Recharging the device is a snap via the included USB cable. I've been using the Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube for just a few days, and the results speak for themselves. I've noticed a significant reduction in muscle soreness, increased flexibility, and improved overall recovery. It has become an essential part of my routine, and I can't imagine my fitness journey without it. In conclusion, the Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube is a game-changer for anyone serious about their fitness and recovery. Its combination of heat therapy and cold therapy is unparalleled, and its sleek design and user-friendly design make it a standout product. I highly recommend the Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube to athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to prioritize their physical well-being.

Portable pain relief
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like many or almost everyone I suffer from some kind of body aches or pain on a daily basis it seems like sometimes. When I’m home, using an ice pack or heating pad is easy to do, but on the go that’s not an easy thing to do, until this. I have a couple of Therabody products and they all are great, with this though I was very skeptical at first, at least with the cold part. I don’t know what kind of magic they use but it works! Does it get as cold as an ice pack, no, but I don’t put an ice pack directly on my skin, so it’s probably pretty close. When using the device I placed the metal plate of the device directly on my skin and doing it like this, it feels very cold. Using a digital thermometer I measured a low of 56 degrees on the highest cold setting and 106 for high heat. You can use only cold or only hot or you can have it alternate between the two. When you use the device it has a fan the runs, it’s not annoyingly loud but someone sitting across the room will know it’s running. You get two different size straps and a USB-C charge cable. Does this completely replace a heating pad or an ice pack, no, but when you’re on the go you’ll appreciate having it.

Fantastic ice pack/heat pad replacement
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This cube is an ice pack and heat pad built into one compact device. It quite amazingly goes from off to hot, then hot to cold, and vice versa in almost no time. Its only real downside is also its downside. The surface area of the contact plate that delivers the heat/cold is relatively small, so it doesn’t cover large areas, and it can be hard to use effectively on joints (at least using the strap to hold it in place). But a bigger contact plate would make this device too big, and even more difficult to use on joints (vs. large muscle areas like your quads). IN THE BOX In the box you get the cube, as well as a bracket that is used to attach the straps, a long strap (for going around your waist, shoulders, etc.), a shorter strap (for wrapping around legs, arms) and a USB-C charging cable. OPERATION It’s really simple to use. There’s a USB-C port on the same side as the two “power” buttons. I say “power” but really, there’s a button that turns on the cold therapy and another for heat. They’re easily distinguishable; one has a snowflake symbol, the other has a fire symbol. Below the buttons are three dots, which represent different temperature levels. Cold therapy for example, has a preset for 41 degrees, 54 degrees, and then 61 degrees. So it’s not really levels of coldness, but different presets. It’s a little unintuitive, but once you know it, it’s not a problem. Just know that one green dot is the coldest setting (46 degrees) and three dots is the highest cold setting (61 degrees). Which level of cold you use is really about personal preference. Heat therapy is the opposite - the more intuitive way IMO - whereby one dot is 95 degrees, and then the third is the highest at 109 degrees. There’s also a contrast therapy session whereby the cube alternates between cold and hot. To turn it on, you simply hold which button you want. After holding it for a few seconds it turns on. Once on, you hit the same button again to alternate through the presets. To activate the contrast therapy session, you simply hold both buttons at the same time. Then they’ll both light up. The nice part is that it’s kind of set it and forget it. The heat therapy session lasts 24 minutes while the cold therapy is 18 minutes. Contrast therapy is 20 minutes. I like it because it takes the guesswork out of it, although I guess it really doesn’t matter, even if it didn’t turn off, it’s not like you’re going to forget you’re either holding it or it’s strapped to your body. The straps are nice and sturdy. The velcro works well and I don’t worry about it loosening even while walking around with it strapped to my shoulder or even my ankle. In fact, it’s possible to overtighten the velcro and have it hold - without loosening and sliding down your leg for example. The long strap is long enough for even a big person like me; it gets around my shoulders. The short one is obviously for your limbs and you shouldn’t have any issues with the length. The cube snaps in and out of the bracket which is where the straps go into. If you simply wanted to hold the cube in your hand, you could snap it out of the bracket or even keep the bracket on without the straps. The cube easily snaps in and out of the bracket. The only warning with the bracket is to pull it up from the ends and not the sides (the side being the loop the strap goes into). But there's a sticker warning on the device itself to remind you. EFFECTIVENESS I just so happened to finish running a long relay race the past weekend. Afterwards, my achilles, ankle, knee, and hamstrings were all sore. I typically would use a gel ice pack to ice my achy joints and muscles, but that obviously requires it to live in the freezer and then having to wait multiple hours to freeze it again for a second use. Not only does the cube not require to be kept frozen, it also heats. It’s tough to replace an ice gel pack’s ability to conform to your body for greater coverage - a limitation of the cube - but the convenience of the cube more than makes up for it. It really works well. And you don’t have to worry about frostbite, or burns. The contact plate can touch your skin directly, so there’s no worries about having an additional piece of fabric to protect your skin. I used this on my ankle, thigh and shoulders. I like strapping it on and going about my business at home. It does a great job of providing heat and ice therapy. I do find myself using it for multiple “sessions” mostly to treat larger muscles (like my hamstrings for example) which is necessary given that the plate is small, but as I’ve repeatedly said, this is both a necessary and welcome tradeoff given the cube’s versatility. Finishing a session on one part of your muscle, and then hitting the power button again to continue another session on a different portion of your muscle is not a hassle at all. It does a great job icing your muscles when they’re injured and heating your muscles to help warm them up for any workout. It’s anecdotal, as I can’t scientifically verify it, but it’s really helped me during my recoveries from long runs. I haven’t tested the duration of the battery, but I’ve gotten at least 5 sessions out of it without having to charge it. And it doesn’t take too long to charge. CONCLUSION If you’ve ever used an ice pack or heating pad, or ever find yourself needing help with your muscle recovery, this cube is a fantastic addition to your exercise routine (or even if you don’t exercise, just to ice/heat tired muscles). It’s portability is unparalleled. It’s truly a fantastic little device.

Virtually instant cold and hot therapy
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I imagine it’s not just me who has been stuck in a pickle without having access to a cold pack or heat wrap when you are in need of one for an injury. There have been plenty of occasions where we did not have an ice pack already frozen and available and/or something to heat up trying to nurse a muscle strain, muscle tightness, bruising, etc. due to an injury. That’s where the new Therabody RecoveryTherm cube comes in handy as a portable and compact device that can either get icy cold or instantly hot without having to scramble to figure out what other options you might have to result to, such as frozen peas or a bag full of dry rice for the microwave. Within a minute and the ease of pushing a button you are able to heat the RecoveryTherm cube up to 109 degrees for those muscle pulls or freeze it down to 46 degrees for swelling anywhere on your body. Conveniently you have the option to either use the cube as a handheld device or use the two straps included with the cube to hold it in place while you go about your day. It can stay heated for approximately 24 minutes, cold for approximately 18 minutes and even has contrast therapy that switches between the two for approximately 20 minutes. If you know anything about injuries, it’s best to start treating the area as soon as possible to reduce any further damage or swelling and this is the perfect device for those instances. I have used the cube at home after working out and in the truck while traveling. It has even been cleared by the FDA as a Type II medical device making which should tell you it has been vetted by those in the medical industry and proven to treat injuries. In my opinion it is basically a magic device or alien technology (sarcasm implied) I didn’t know existed before now and can’t wait to see what this company and others are able to come up with next and would recommend it to anyone who has experienced injuries before… obviously I mean everyone.

Tiny Medical Wonder
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure of the technology behind the RecoveryTherm Cube, but it works! Below are my thoughts. [PROS]: Build: It's heavy, but light enough to comfortably rest against treatment spots. It's solid with a mixture of plastic, rubber, and metal(temperature plate). Achieves Temperature Quickly: Once the device was charged up, I was able to get instant warmth/coolness in less than 2 minutes of using the device. Maintain Temperature: Unlike many heating pads, this device gets extremely warm. There's no need to place it within a cloth wrap. You can just turn it on and go. Also, the cold temperature functionality gets so low that I actually had to dial it back which is impressive. My wife deals with swelling so she's noticed a difference in the look and feel of her feet after using it. Addresses different scenarios: In most cases, I usually desire cold or hot therapy. Fortunately, I'm able to use the alternating temperature functionality which works extremely well with the Cube contrasting back and work with ease. Charging: The USB C charging mechanism was very considerate design choice and keeps me from having to keep up with different proprietary connectors. My device was ready to go after 30 minutes. [CONS] No Case: For a device this portable, I would've hoped for a storage bag when transporting it. However, that's not an issue given the size and firm construction of the device. Small Body Strap: As advertised, this can be used on the body. Unfortunately, this doesn't accommodate well for larger frames. As a workaround, I was to combine both straps into one to use it against my back so the problem is solved. [CONCLUSION] I love this device and so does my wife. It's versatile, temperature-based therapy solution that I now take with me whenever I workout or travel.

Awesome tool for heat and cold therapy.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m all about tools that may help my body recover from a workout and was very interested when the Therabody RecoveryTherm cube. Once it arrived I placed it on charge which didn’t take long as the units charge appeared to almost be full already. I have to admit I was a little confused with the straps but that was due to user error which was this user not reading the instructions. Don’t be like me, just read the instructions. They are short and easy to read. Once I figured out the strap situation, I put the unit on my arm because I tweaked my bicep a little. Set the device to cold and I was extremely surprised by not only how quickly the unit cooled, but also how cold it was. I let it run for about 15 minutes and definitely noticed a difference as the inflammation in my bicep seemed to have gone down. I then decided to try this on my ankle with heat as my ankle has been stiff recently. Turned on the heat function and cranked the heat to the highest setting to see how hot it gets. Again surprised as it definitely was hot, but not too hot. I say hot enough to do the job but not hot enough to be uncomfortable. I ran this function for about 20 minutes and definitely felt my ankle stiffness was relieved. Contrast mode which switched from cold to hot was excellent especially after my workout. Really helped my recovery. I wish I had more than one unit so I could use a few at once on various body parts so I could save time. But it’s not an issue. I did this at night while I was relaxing and watching tv. Used it for around an hour on my arms and legs. I was really amazed at how you could feel the temp difference when it switched from cold to hot and back. Overall, I love this little unit and recommend it to anyone interested in workout recovery.

Big results in a palm-sized package
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TheraBody keeps coming out with innovative new ways for athletes and armchair quarterbacks alike to recover in the comfort of their own homes. The RecoveryTherm Cube is another fantastic device that surpasses expectations and provides relief and recovery for sore muscles and general body aches. At the center of the RecoveryTherm Cube is a hot/cold plate element that uses some kind of thermal electric cooler (TEC) technology to rapidly cool and heat the plate the surface depending on setting. I’m not totally sure the temp range but based on safe usage I’d imagine it’s about 37F (fridge) to 120F (rare sous vide) temps. There’s some straps that allow you to easily attach the cube to a limb and snug to a muscle with the smaller strap, or your torso or shoulder or neck with the larger strap. You can also combine the two straps for extra distance coverage. The settings on the cube are straightforward, there’s a cold button, a hot button, a contrast cold/hot mode button. Pressing each button allows you to set the mode and then pressing again toggles intensity from 1-3 which is visualized with little colored LEDs. I used the ThermaRecovery Cube on my calf and on my neck and shoulder which tend to get sore due to trigger points while sitting and working at my desk and typing on the PC. Definitely feels great! The only thing that would make this Cube even better is some kind of vibrating oscillating feature, which I’m sure could be incorporated in a future version. Love this new Recovery Cube, highly recommend!

Great for menstrual cramps
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The RecoveryTherm™ Cube has been a lifesaver for managing menstrual cramps. While it’s marketed for athletic recovery and general pain relief, it works wonders for period pain thanks to its versatile heat, cold, and contrast therapy options. The heat therapy setting is perfect for relaxing tense abdominal muscles and easing those dull, aching cramps. The Cube provides consistent warmth throughout the session, which is much more effective than a traditional heating pad that cools down too quickly. For sharp, radiating pain, the contrast therapy—switching between hot and cold—has been surprisingly soothing and helped reduce inflammation. One of the best features is how compact and wearable the Cube is. I can go about my day without being tethered to an outlet or a bulky pad. Whether I’m working at my desk or lying down with a good book, I barely notice it’s there, aside from the relief it provides. If you’re looking for something to ease the discomfort of menstrual cramps, the RecoveryTherm™ Cube is a fantastic choice. It’s convenient, portable, and offers fast-acting relief, making it a great addition to your pain management toolkit.

Love the modern day hot/cold pack.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The cold function of this is impressive. I recently started to experience knee and back pains due to over worked my body. The hot and cold packs do work but they are more trouble to use than they are worth. Come the Therabody cube, I was skeptical at first but it does work well for me. The cold function is truly impressive, it numbs and subside the pain right away. Instead of using the bands, I hold the cube to the pain point for a couple minutes and the pain just went away. It works so well for me because I have never had prolong/chronic muscle pains. My muscle pains are just that, muscle pain. Hence, the cold and hot cube works well to subside the inflammations. Oh, one bonus on hot days, after working outside I applied the cold cube to my neck, and my body temperature immediately comes down.

HOT and COLD Therapy Conveniently In One Box
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device is conveniently setup, one button touch control for HEAT and COLD. Long press to turn on and multiple push for different levels of heat and cold. It is ready to go right out of the box and it is basically applied like a velcro wrap, the underside has the surface pad area which transmits the cold or heat. It cools down and heats up pretty quickly, there is hardly any waiting time. The charge life has lasted multiple sessions of alternating heat and cold, approximately an hour so far. The fan is a bit loud but there has to be a trade-off for the convenience which i will gladly accept. The way it straps on is a bit counterproductive, the wrap goes on the exposed surface pad which heats up and cools down so im not sure if it was done that way on purpose to provide a protective pad between your skin and the heating/cooling pad. It does diminish the effects of the heat and cold on your skin but im assuming it is a safety measure as well as a design necessity because if it wrapped the other way around it would block the air intake of the fan. It is a very slick tool when you need heat or cold and it avoids messy hot water bottles or ice bags. Overall a great therapy tool.

Pleasantly Surprised by The Effectiveness
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The unit itself is attractive, lightweight, and has great build quality. It is covered it a combination of metal, quality plastic, and matte rubber. Heating up or cooling down takes about 5 seconds. On the top you have two buttons (cold, heat, combo) that have a satisfying membrane like click. You press it once to turn on, and then hold to start a cold/hot cycle with taps to increase intensity. There are a few LED’s that show you battery level (green, yellow, red) along with 1 – 3 levels of heat or cool. There is a large fan attached that helps with this, isn’t very loud (about 45 – 50 dB), but is noticeable. It comes with a holder that simply snaps into place and is easy to take out. It feels quality and not like it would break easily. It has two different straps. One longer and the other shorter. Depending on what you’re treating will decide if you use any of them, one of them, or both of them. The straps themselves have a smart design. Where you have a long strip of velcro on one side for perfect placement. Where on the other is a soft neoprene type material that will go against your skin and is very comfortable. As it is advised to use this device directly on your skin. Each session lasts 20 -30 minutes. I was able to go back-to-back sessions without issues. The battery itself lasts for several sessions and is recharged with USB-C. Best part is it can all be wrapped up together for easy storage between uses. At first, I was a bit hesitant on how good this device would be. But after using it I’m sold. As the adjustability and size makes it superior to a heating pad or ice pack. As the shape, size, and weight allow it to get in just the right area for maximum effectiveness. I suffer from migraines on occasion. Nothing that I’ve tried has been effective in aborting them. I was starting to come down with one and figured it would be a great time to test this product. I set it on heat, max setting, used both of the straps, and was able to heat treat multiple tight spots on my right upper back and neck and it actually aborted my migraine twice. Which was great. This has also helped with some of my chronic knee pain (medial collateral ligament, lateral collateral ligament, and posterior knee), and SI joint pain. And on the times that I overdo my workouts it has helped in reducing the pain to a point I’m able to go again the next day instead of taking the day off. It comes with the device itself, a holder for the device, two different size straps, and a USB-A to USB-C cord.

In Love With The Therabody Recovery Therm Cube!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. That is right, my wife is done, I have the easiest way to ice cold pain relief or hot focused heat in seconds, no more waiting on my wife to find the heating pad or get me ice. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis in my knees, ankles and also have had many many surgeries due to sporting accidents and racing atvs and cars for many years. Therabody, you all killed it with this product, the Recovery Therm Cube is a great addition to my already full closet of Therabody items that keep me moving every day, for work and chasing my 4 daughters around. The speed the Therm Cube gets to temp either way or both is crazy fast. I do not know what type of trickery or what part of my soul I am giving up for such a great product being made but I love it. So, do you have a sore elbow like me? Strap this bad boy on your arm and set it to #2 or #3 cold and within 30 seconds you will be a full relief, I don't know how, but it works and fast. Knee Pain? Same but this time, choose the heat first or maybe start with the cold and move to heat, it does that for you. Wait, your shoulder is hurting? Use the larger strap and cross it along your chest to hold it on your shoulder, boom, my torn rotator cuff has an amazing evening ahead with no or much lessened pain. I seriously love this thing, so does my wife and kids, we are all using it to the point I am ordering another, it is worth every red cent in my opinion. I have owned it for 5 days today and no joke have over 4 hours of use myself already, it is my best friend now. Pros: FAST Heat and Cold Pinpoint accuracy Easy on and off strap Extended strap and be used along with the short for larger bodies Fast Charge Time Comes with charging cable Comfortable Super Cold Great Heat Cons: No Carry or Storage Bag Included No Charging Block Included Due to the 2 cons, the unit is a 4.7 for me, add in those 2 items, at minimum a carry bag and it is 5 stars. I HIGHLY recommend the Therabody line of products especially the Therm Cube and their air system.

Great Recovery Tool

The cold setting works quickly and with the straps provided you can get it where you need it. The heat works even quicker. The battery life has lasted longer than I expected as well.
