A good heating pad isn't too hard to find but this thing gets cold, like uncomfortable to touch cold at the highest setting. It does get toasty hot as well. Fan is fairly quiet. Straps are comfortable. Highly recommend.

Love that it switches between hot/cold and does a combo treatment of both. Self-timer is a hit. The straps are helpful. Wish there was a smaller/thinner one for small areas like wrists/ankles. Only drawback is the off-gassing if you are sensitive to smells, as I am.

I use it every day. It saves me so much time i dont have to balance bags on my knees or ankles anymore. I can go from hot to cold without even thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and pick one up.

It's hard to manuever this pack on any parts that are not flat. I mainly wanted this for my knees and shoulders but found it to be impossible and uncomfortable to get it to the right position. I returned it and went back to my good old ice packs.

The cold option works better. The battery seems to last long as I have been using everyday couple times a day for a few days now without charging
