    It doesn’t feel hot enough I can barely feel heat. The cold option works better. The battery seems to last long as I have been using everyday couple times a day for a few days now without charging

    A good recovery device, cools down to 40°, does not replace ice, but really helps with post workout issues. Decent battery life.
