Great product , very useful like the cold/hot options

This does exactly what it says it does. It is great for aches and pains. It is very convenient and I would recommend it to anyone.

It's not very big, and it doesn't stay in place very good. I think it's overpriced for what you get.

I’m a runner. Like every day running and gym. I have always tried to stretch before and after to keep from injury and soreness but always seem to still get both. This Therabody was easy to set up and felt really good both on the heat setting and also on the cool setting. I liked especially the highest setting (3). It is small frame easy to charge and comes with Velcro both that can wrap around your body or a smaller one for wrists or smaller areas. My wife loves it for the heat for sciatica type pain. She had issues using it on her hand/fingers for long periods of time but that was also because she didn’t adjust the Velcro scrap correctly. The manual is good at helping explain how to use it efficiently. Some negatives? It is semi loud at the highest setting which again you can expect as the fan has to act to dissipate the heat I imagine. A lot of good points, battery life, usb c charging, heavy well made construction and actual real true heat and cold settings that work. If you suffer from pains this will be helpful!

The idea is great but the design is not. It's hard to manuever this pack on any parts that are not flat. I mainly wanted this for my knees and shoulders but found it to be impossible and uncomfortable to get it to the right position. I returned it and went back to my good old ice packs.

This unit is pretty neat really. The Therabody - RecoveryTherm Cube unit is a small, handheld recovery device that can provide heat or cold therapy to its user. The Therabody – RecoveryTherm Cube offers almost instant therapy at the push of a button. Very well made of solid sturdy materials. Has survived several weeks of continuous use with my daughter so far and I’m sure this unit will last a while. USB-c charging with high capacity built in battery for continuous use while on the go. Will last several therapy cycles in between charges with no problems. I really love that this device offers both hot and cold therapy and can be used in conjunction with each other on the alternating program. There are 3 heat settings, 3 cold settings and then the combo/contrast setting. Pretty awesome device in all. The included small and large straps are great for wearing this around and hold the unit in your area of focus, but this also conveniently removes from the strap device for easy spot-shots to any specific location you need it. The unit remains quiet in either operation mode – has a little built-in cooling fan but still quiet even when that kicks on. This unit is light, convenient, and simple to use. My 9-year-old daughter plays a lot of soccer and had a nagging hip issue lingering for several weeks – this unit was ideal for wearing with the strap around her waist for twice daily scheduled therapies but then also worked great for those occasional prn spot shots whenever she felt like she really needed it. The user interface is super simple and intuitive, so she had absolutely no trouble figuring it all out on her own. Surprisingly lightweight and portable for on-the-go users. No actual ice for the cold therapy means NO MESS! no melting ice, no overdoing it and freezing yourself, just really works great. I never had to worry about my daughter using it unsupervised as it is pretty much dummy proof!

My son is ver active in sports with both high school and travel. I bought him the Theragun which he uses almost everyday and loves it. Was hoping for the sane with this product. Today during a soccer game he was kicked right below the knee. Thought this would be a perfect time to use as advertised instead of a ice pack. Fail. Got it on the injury no issues but when using the cold feature my son said he can’t feel it working at all. Tried multiple times to no avail. Had to grab ice pack. Unfortunately can’t return because the date has passed.
