I've had these goggles for about a month now. I work from home and am usually glued to a screen for about 8+ hours/day. I usually take a break in the afternoon and strap on the goggles. They fit snugly. I use the presets (light rain, white noise, etc) in the Therabody app and listen through my AirPods. I set heat and vibration to high. I'm usually konked out in 5 mins and my eyes feel refreshed when I'm done. The goggles also measure your heart rate. My HR usually drops by 10bpm or so during a session. The only con is that, if you're not wearing headphones, you can hear an internal grinding noise on the left side of the goggles from the vibration, which can obviously take away from the experience. I always wear AirPods, so this isn't a big deal for me. It's the only reason why I docked it a star. All in all, highly recommended.

Its working wonders to help with nightly relaxation to help preoare for bed. Took one star off because its a little louder than expected.

Got it for my wife. She's had a hard time sleeping after beating cancer. These truly helped. In addition to offering massage and heat, the app offers relaxing sounds for various needs. Great choice if have the need.

Best purchae that I have made on best buy thus far. I took a chance on it since i did not see too many reviews on it beforehand. It does everything that it states. It comfortable to wear and will relax you enough to were you might take a nap or sleep with it on. Highly recommend for anyone that needs to take the stress of the world away. I will be taking this on my roaf trips and anywhere in between.

These are cool, but DO NOT try driving with them on! I attempted a trip to the corner Starbucks one morning and could not see a darn thing. They work great and really do help you relax, but you cannot see when wearing them. That is really the only drawback. Walking into walls, falling down stairs, and crashing your car, etc.

These can definitely be a bit uncomfortable to wear at times, if adjusted properly I have fully fallen asleep with them on. Helpful for relaxing and tired eyes. They are a bit noisy.

I really enjoy this for taking a moment of rexlation or a way to reneergize after a work day. Pros: heat and sqeezing massage on temples. Cons: it can be a little loud since its so close to your ears.

This is after my wife and I both tried it on a couple of settings and were less relaxed after using it. I would not recommend. Pros: - good quality feel/build and carrying case - app is easy and looks to have a bunch of options Cons: - most pressure is on eyeballs at an odd angle - no pressure on temples and the pressure on the spot between your eyes pushes the headset away from you instead of applying a good massaging pressure. You can fix this by MASSIVELY tightening the headband but then everything else about this then sucks. - the vibration is there but is applied to the whole headset instead to singular locations around common stress points so yes, it does vibrate, but does not come close to a handheld pinpoint massager.

I purchased this for mother's day. My mom loved them she still uses them to relax after a long day at the office. I did get to try it out once in the evening and that 15 min sleep mode felt great. I was ready for bed right after. Would I purchased one for myself? Probably not but I'm not staring at a monitor like my mother does for work. Now if they went on sale for $100-$130 I probably would. Honestly this is one of those products that is better as a gift then for yourself because of the price.

It is so relaxing that it makes my wife fall asleep while using it.

This is a relaxing way to treat eye stress and light headaches. I use the heat and low massage setting with ear buds for music from either the app or my library. You might be able to acheive a similar result from just heated eye pads but at the reduced price I like this better.

Heat and massage is good. Fitting is bad and hard to adjust because of the thickness. app doesn't do much but you can set how long and the heat level and massage types.

They work well just loud when in use. I have to wear noise canceling headphones when I use the goggles

These are so relaxing. This will warm your eyelids while massaging your temples at the same time. It’s hard to describe in words how amazing this device can be after a long day.

Bought these for my wife for Valentines Day. She loves it. She utilizes these before she goes to bed for relaxation and self care. It also allows me to go play video games when she is in her own world without any interruptions for a minimum of 20 minutes.

2 month review -- Pros: Heat feels great. Decent pressure on temples. Comfortable fit. Cons: Attempts to apply pressure to brow but doesnt even touch me, maybe my face is too narrow. Turns itself on in a backpack or suitcase due to poorly thought out soft case. App integration is terrible and heart rate monitor seems pointless and annoying at times. Oh and the thing SMELLS, even after two months the smell has subsided a bit but is still there. Bottom Line: I kept it but I'm not too happy about it. It does provide some headache and migraine relief for me. My recommendation is if you suffer from migraines and will pretty much pay anything for an ounce of relief, it's still worth it. Otherwise there are some cheaper alternatives to try that you can search for.
