The way it feels on my eyes is amazing. The sound quality could be better but I prefer to use it in silence anyway. Enjoy if you can find one.

Great device for relaxing. After a busy day, ready to wind down- this device hits all of the right spots for tension relief on the face. They a a little bulky but they do adjust and are suprisingly very comfortable. The heat gets hot so quickly! I wish they provided cold too but that isnt a deal breaker! Ive noticed they put me to sleep quickly, but when they shut off- it wakes me up. So i just restart and go again! You wont be disappointed in them. They are fab!

I have bought many things. I think this is my best friend. I’m often in need of downtime but cannot nap. These are the in between.

Use to use, the headband doesn’t feel the best even with being adjusted, just personal preference but the product works great!

Goggles are great but it all depends on the size of your face, I have a round face and it won’t go flat, the fold and don’t really cover the area for you to feel the full motion of the goggles and get the massage.

If you often have headaches or tension, this product is excellent! I bought it for my girl & I use it more than she does!

The Therabody Smart Goggles offer a decent experience but have some drawbacks. The massage and vibration features are quite loud, which can be distracting. While they provide some relief, the overall comfort isn't great, and the goggles feel a bit heavy on the face. They might work for some, but for me, they didn't fully meet my expectations in terms of comfort, fit, and noise level.

I’ve enjoyed using this for light relaxing before bed. Only downside is it fits different head shapes and some times depending who uses it it will be more pressure or less. Would love to see more shape adaptability in future iterations

I’ve recently been having difficulty sleeping (probably from recent stress) and was becoming dependent on melatonin to be able to get a good night’s sleep. With this device though, I’m ready to knock out after a session! The massage combined with TheraMind is an amazing combination that allows me to start winding down for the night.

This has been such a game changer for me! I mainly use it at night before bed to relax and destress but it even helps when I get headaches during the day. It’s very comfortable and quiet, especially if you use noise-canceling headphones with some of their sessions in the app. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone wanting to take better care of their mental health and wellbeing.

Huge fan of Therabody. Everything I own from them rocks. Great for a mid day eye break from the computer. Meditation in the morning. Before bed relaxation. Really good with noise cancelling headphones. The Therabody app integration is also cool.

Great stress relief particularly on the temples. A bit too much pressure on the eyes and a little pricey but overall good product.
