I suffer from migraines and this has helped me so much I can use for 15minutes and notice the pain relief. Also great on stressful days it relaxes you and puts you right to sleep. I would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10.

Second pair. My wife loves her pair (she get migraines and headaches often). My daughter and her husband wanted a pair this purchase was for them. They love it.

Im a very wound-up person by nature and its always been difficult for me to get tired and stay asleep. 20 minutes of wearing this mask in conjunction with the sounds available on the app, and I'm out like a baby every night.

Wife Started it back in mid January.. she uses fitbit to track sleeping. Use to average 6.5 hours of solid sleep.. now its increased to 7.5. Deeper sleep, has helped bring ease as she had a migraine since owning this product, and seems to have provided comfort. Very happy so far with this product!

So relaxing. Definitely helps with sleep. I fall asleep faster and remain asleep for about 6 hours (usually its only 2 hours)

This is pretty cool. I have other Therabody products so i thought I’d give it a try. Its neat and feels nice. But nothinh revolutionary. I might would buy it again knowing what i know now, but probably not at full price.

A nice small facial and eye massage device. Very configurable with a lot of nice options to create something for relaxation or preparation for going to bed.

As said in many other reviews the smart goggles are great. However, it does not reach the area between your eyebrows very well. Also when opening the box there is a VERY strong chemical/factory smell. I've been trying to air it out for the past week and I can still smell it and am starting to get used to it. I do really like the app and the temple massaging is very relaxing. My favorite part is the warming.

I got this for my husband for christmas and he loves it. It helps relive some stress, relax and helps him fall asleep. It is a great gift but a bit pricey. In other words I wouldnt pay $200 if I were buying it for myself.
