Helps easy the tension on my stress headaches- great for use right before bed to get ready for sleep. They are bulky so if of fall asleep with them and are not a back sleeper, you will get woken up and have to take em off. Kind of wish they would not turn off after 20 minutes and the app had better Audio tracks .

It's surprising how effective this product is. A 15-20 min session will recharge you. Of course the results may be different for individuals, but cannot deny its effectiveness.

This product really works, specially when I have headaches! The only thing I would change or improve is the noise that the massage gadget makes, other than that this is a very clever product.
