They are amazing bought for my Girlfriend who is staring at a computer all day for work and these things relieve her eye strain and just overall relaxing after a long day of work. Highly recommend!!!!!!

This was a mother's day present for my wife. She absolutely loves them. Uses them every night. Has fallen asleep with them on. Highly recommend this product.

I had high hopes for the Therabody SmartGoggles (2nd Generation), especially given the price and the brand's reputation for quality wellness products. Unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming. The device feels more like a gimmick than a true relaxation tool. The massage action is awkward and doesn't deliver the soothing or calming effect I expected. Instead of providing relief, it felt more like gentle vibrations and random air pressure that didn’t target my tension points effectively. I also found the heat function to be minimal—not warm enough to really make a difference or promote relaxation. Overall, I expected something that would help me unwind, relieve stress, or at least feel like a quality eye massager. This fell short in all those areas. For the price point, I don’t feel it delivers the kind of experience it promises. I rarely leave low reviews, but in this case, I felt it was important for others to know.

Pros…the warming vibration, blackout on eyes, wide stap. Cons…the app plays the sound (not the device), 20 min max running time, tight on nose.

Got it for my wife as gift. She loves it as it helps her to unwind after a tough day, as well as helps with her headaches.

Got it as a gift for Mother’s Day and my mom enjoyed the gift a lot. Says it’s very useful for relieving pressure around her eyes

I bought these thinking they would work more so like a sleep mask, however they are bulky in that department. (Would work for back sleepers) That said, as someone with frequent headaches, these are a great reliever. Just physically the distraction of the massage feature will help allow you relax and take some of your headache away.

The Therabody 2nd Generation SmartGoggles are an incredible relaxation device that have made a huge difference in my life. I used to have a hard time falling asleep at night and even when I finally would fall asleep, the quality of my sleep was not very good. A lot of this was probably due to the many distractions that are readily available which would take up my time right before bed such as my phone or the TV. These SmartGoggles have really helped me be more disciplined when it comes to my nighttime routine in preparing for bed, which on its own, is already a huge accomplishment, but what makes them even better are all the other features they have which help get me fully relaxed and ready to sleep. Setting up the SmartGoggles for the first time was extremely easy. All you have to do is download the Therabody app, select the plus symbol in the top left corner to add a device, select “SmartGoggles” as device type, and then select the 2nd Generation SmartGoggles on the next screen. After that, the app assists with the remaining steps by showing you how to power on the SmartGoggles to pair them with the app. My SmartGoggles paired immediately without and problems. The app then takes you through a series of a few short videos to help you learn how to use the SmartGoggles as well as how to make use of the many features available through the app as well. This was very helpful and made me feel more confident about how to properly use the SmartGoggles to their full potential. Once I got everything setup, I was excited to try out the 3 different preset 15-minute treatments. As described in one of the “Learn how to use your device” videos, the “SmartRelax” treatment is designed to melt away stress, the “Headaches + Eye Strain” treatment is designed to relieve tension headaches and eye strain, and the “Sleep Prep” treatment is designed to help prepare your body for restful sleep. Upon trying out the various treatments, I was surprised by how powerful these SmartGoggles are. They use a combination of vibration, heat, and massage techniques as part of the treatments and each function works extremely well. When combined with the blackout design and unlimited access to the expansive library of free science-backed “TheraMind” audio in the app, the end result is thorough relaxation and stress relief that I never imagined I would be able to experience on a regular basis the way I am now. Overall, the Therabody 2nd Generation SmartGoggles are an incredible relaxation device that I can’t live without at this point and I highly recommend them!
