Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the Theragun mini's portability, long battery life, and powerful performance despite its compact size. Many appreciate its effectiveness in muscle relief and the quality of the massage, although some find the price point high and wish it included more attachments. The device's weight and quiet operation are also frequently praised. A few users noted challenges with the grip and the intensity of the massage pressure.

This is a very powerful unit considering its size! It fits nicely in the palm of your hand and really packs a punch. It easily works out all of my aches and pains and I really like that it travels nicely since it is so small.

    Great portable percussive messager

Percussive message isn't for everyone. If you don't like that style of message, you are going to hate this product (and probably aren't reading this review anyway). If you are looking for a good portable percussive messager, you've found it. This thing is really powerful (it may even be too powerful, I never use level three, it is too strong for me). The battery lasts a really long time (I've gone a full week of daily use without running out of charge) and charges fairly quickly. If I had any complaints about the charging, it would be great if it used a USB charger instead of the proprietary charger that came with it, but given how fast it charges with the charger that comes with it, it is a trade off that I can agree with. One thing I do want to really draw attention to is the noise. The "QuietForce" technology does make it a lot quieter than other percussive messagers, I have to give props for that. That said, quiet is a relative term. You aren't going to be getting complaints from the hotel room next door, but you aren't using this in your bedroom without your sleeping spouse noticing. Nature of the beast though, this is probably as quiet as you are going to get with this style of messager.

I have tried the entire new line of Theraguns & they are all great for their own purpose. Theraguns are so much better then the other “vibration” guns that’s don’t do much. THERAGUNS are “PERCUSSIVE” not just a vibrator and you have to try it to understand that it’s nothing like those cheap China knockoff ones. They destroy the competition & you get what you pay for. This one is so portable the reason I got the red one was so I don’t lose it. I leave it in my car (as long as the temps are ok) or in my gym bag & find myself using it when I drive. (Yes this may not be safe but I’m also the guy texting as I drive so release that anger & call me what you want, then get back to reading this.) This Mini is not as strong (20lbs stall force) as the three other triangular ones (30/40/60Lb Stall Force) and is not easy to use for a long period of time due to the grip. (10-30min) The mini is great for anyone even elderly because 20lbs is more then enough for them. If you are trying to decide which one to get: (MSRP included too) Mini: ($199) Portable & Quietest (My GF’s Favorite) Prime: ($299) Great for intermediate health Nuts, but is a little loud to use if watching TV. Elite: ($399) Quieter then the Prime & the Feel of the gun is more luxurious Pro: ($599) Exactly what is says, meant for the Pros. This gun is my favorite if you can find it on sale. It has 2 Batteries & this Gun is meant to be used 8hrs a day + comes with 2yr Warranty. It also has an extra 30$ Soft tip too that can be used over bone & sensitive areas. The Pro is quieter then the Prime & about the same as the elite but a slightly different sound. It’s a workhorse! This little guy is by far the quietest one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought one for my husband a few years ago & he loves it so much that we bought one for my dad. They both get great use of the mini theragun. Its the perfect size. We had the full size theragun first & it worked great but it is so heavy which makes it hard to use. I originally bought the mini specifically for travel but its so nice, we never use the full size one anymore. I would recommend this over the larger ine for sure

I love my Theragun G3, it's become a daily used tool for recovery from work, playing sports and overall pain as we all get older... I was extremely happy when the Mini was announced as the G3, while it's portable, the Mini is bag sized portable. I'm glad the attachments from the G3 are interchangeable with the Mini, as the attachments aren't exactly on the cheap end. The newer models have improved on the overall sound while in used. It's not silent, but a more subdue level. I decided to test the levels change with a simple app... theses were the results. In a room that's averaging around 42-44 dB(A) G3 (2 speeds) Low: 84 High: 91 mini (3 speeds) Low: 75 Medium: 82 High: 87 I'm no sound engineer or claim to be one, but for my ears, the mini is top notch. I, now, carry it with me on a daily basis. Fairly priced for a high quality built device. Invest in one if you're constantly on the move neither working or active activities. It's a game changer! Thanks.

I really like this massage gun. I bought the pro and returned it. It was nice but too bulky for my needs. This small one does a great jobs. It has three settings and small enough to handle. It helped I got it on a Deal of the Day @ under $100 bucks!

I was not comfortable investing so much money in the larger Theraguns, but I wouldn't trade this one for anything! I travel a lot for work, but still hit my workouts pretty hard. The Theragun mini has been great for post-workout recovery, after long days of sitting in the office, and after those dreaded 8-hour airport days. You don't have to be an athlete to enjoy this product! It's a great investment in your overall musculoskeletal health.

I have two different Theraguns. The larger one and the mini. I absolutely love this product. I use it every morning to help with my stretching routine. I also use it when I have sore muscles. It helps my recovery after a workout or any excess activity. The battery power is amazing as I rarely have to recharge it. The design is simple and intuitive.

Bought 1st gen for about $110 wasnt too certain if i should get this or messager and this was absolutely the right choice, if you have a partner or just have a lot of muscle pain this helps so much within a few minutes the difference is notable.

Powerful, portable and I was able to take this in my carryon luggage on Delta airlines in Jan 2023. I just pulled it out the same as I do my laptop/ipad for TSA security. I also own the Theragun Elite which is much larger but not as portable. Happy with both.

I have the G3Pro and have appreciated how much it helps with my overall health and training regime. This mini is perfect to pop in the gym bag, take on a trip, or even just take to the office! It’s battery life is mind blowing! Also, the quiet motor is a noticeable difference from the G3Pro. One can hold a conversation while using it or doesn’t have to worry about using it at an odd hour while a partner/family members/co-workers are in close proximity.

Great for trips and home. I've taken it every where, charges quickly and lasts a good long time on one charge. The 3 modes are all I've needed, but wish it came with other attachments. Great for personal use and even easier when used on someone else.

Phenomenal product that effectively treats muscle spasms and fatigued regions of the body. This unit, although introductory model for the brand, is of high-quality, and the basic physics of a device make it more better than most categories than other similar devices. Worth the price.

Love this Mini! I have one of the Theragun’s which I love but was hard to use it around the family hanging out and I didn’t take place like golfing. My back gets tight when golfing and I love how I can put this in my bag and use it while playing. It’s quiet where people don’t know what I’m doing and the power is there to actually quickly relax my back. This is an awesome item for “on the go!”
