    Unbelievably Good!!!

I bought this as a gift for my wife. We have another pistol grip massager that cost $250.00. She uses it in her car to and from work, but it becomes heavy after a while. I found this one online and purchased it. I thought it would be just ok. I was wrong. It's as powerful as the pistol grip one. This little massager is so worth the money. It has three levels of speed and can be comfortably held in your hand for a long time. I just got this, so I am not sure how long the battery will last. I would not hesitate to buy it. It comes with a USB charger and three different heads. Go for it! You won't be disappointed!!!

Absolutely love this Therabody. The greatest feature is how easy it is to handle, use, and for it to be compact but still very powerful. Love the ease of travel and packing it everywhere I go, and battery lasts a long time.

I have both this and the pro version. Since this version is smaller and lighter, it’s easier to handle. It’s perfect for a lighter massage than the pro version. Even though it’s smaller, it still has enough power to give you that relief.

Great little device for percussive massages. Its very small and portable, as its name. They include a nice carrying pouch, a type C USB charging cable (no adapter) and 3 different types of attachments for different types of massages (Standard Ball, Dampener, Thumb). The device is bluetooth enabled and you can download their app. Using it in conjunction with their app will give you some advantages, like real time display of force, battery etc (check my pictures) but also the ability to tell the app what you want to use the device more (like to recoup after exercises, or just for plain joint/back pain etc). I use it mainly for chronic upper back/neck pain and it has nice routines for it I follow while connected to the app. The 3 included attachments are for different uses and will give you different results. In example, I use mainly the dampener one, because the area of my pain is a bony one, so it's the softest and best for that area. It really alleviates my upper back/neck pain (I have cervical radiculopathy). I use the app routines for that during the day, and the device is small enough I can carry it with me and I use it while at work. The included soft carrying pouch is nice. It will definitely fit in a purse, bag or backpack. While being very portable, it's not that quiet though, so if silence is a must (ie if you are at work), you can either have it at the lowest strength or wait until you have a break to use it. I highly recommend it if you have pain and are looking for something small enough and portable, it definitely works and has given me tremendous relieve to my pain through the work day!

    Great for Travel!

This is the perfect travel substitute for any of the larger Theragun models. It fits easily into your suitcase, and it comes with attachments of its own but also is compatible with any of the attachments that Theragun sells. The battery life is great and USB-C charging means not having to carry a separate charger, also a plus. The only complaint I have is that at this price point, Theragun could have included a hard-sided carrying case, capable of carrying the unit *and* its attachments. I had to purchase one (a binocular case) separately. It works well but like I said, Thergun could have included a case and saved my the hassle (for reference, the Ekrin Bantam includes a case). That aside, it's a great travel companion, and you won't be sad at all if you decide to purchase one!

    The (Mostly) Mighty Mini

***STANDOUT FEATURES:*** The light weight and small stature are likely what drew you here, but they could also be what makes you leave. ***QUALITY:*** Despite being "30% lighter" than it's predecessor, this is still quite a dense little unit. The heft and rubberized feel give you an impression of quality, though the shell is built from plastic. A straight plastic grille, opposite the power/speed button, detracts from this impression. ***POWER:*** The Theragun Mini (2nd Gen) has enough power to effectively function only when at medium and high speed settings. If you leave it low and start to work, it will automatically adjust it's speed faster as you dig in. You will quickly overwhelm the device doing this, as well. During testing with my lower back, glutes and hamstrings, some oil from the inner workings leaked out on to my wife's hands and the Mini shut itself off with a red "low battery" light flashing. This was after approximately 10 minutes of use from a full charge. If your intent is to get one device to rule them all (compact AND powerful), you're going to be disappointed. You CAN NOT use it while it charges. ***CONNECTED USE:*** Connecting the massager to the Therabody app, you can select activities you regularly participate in and connect your Strava or Google Fit (or Apple, using an iOS device). For me, selecting weightlifting, running and boxing resulted in a suggested routine to loosen up forearms... and nothing else. Fortunately you can search for other routines - I picked calves. For a "routine", it was quite simplistic, and the screen-adjustable settings for the massager really highlighted it's limitations. You can't get much force from the device, even according to Therabody. For my use, I'll skip the app and stick to what's intuitive. ***HANDLING:*** The device is relatively small, but still feels a bit large for one handed use. Therabody tout it's "30%" weight reduction as a selling point to those who wish to carry it along, but functionally, it's light weight is a massaging drawback. A heavier device steadies itself - this bounced and juttered unless using VERY light - or heavy - pressure. You'll also be hard pressed to reach areas around the back of your body (when self-massaging) due to the lack of a handle. ***ATTACHMENTS:*** This comes with a "Thumb", a "Standard", and a "Dampener" ball. For my testing, the Standard ball was as big as the Mini had power to adequately use. The "Dampener" ball would still vibrate tissue, but it wasn't sufficiently digging in to tight muscle and fascia. The "Thumb" attachment will be my go-to. This is said as a medium-built (20% body fat, 200lb.) man, so you may feel the Standard attachment is great if you're lighter. ***CONCLUSION:*** If your intended use is for areas you can easily reach yourself and you don't need to really dig in (or if it can be done quickly), this is a great tool which is compact and portable. If you want to use this on a partner or reach posterior areas on your own body, you will likely end up unsatisfied.

    Therabody Theragun Mini Review

The Theragun Mini is an excellent portable muscle massager. Its compact design and quiet operation make it ideal for on-the-go use. Despite its size, it delivers powerful percussive therapy with three adjustable speed settings. The battery life is impressive, lasting up to 150 minutes on a single charge. The ergonomic handle ensures comfortable use, and the USB-C charging port is convenient. While it lacks additional attachments, the standard ball works well for most muscles. Overall, it’s a great choice for effective, portable muscle relief.

This handheld massage gun is a perfect sized unit for on the go usage. I keep this in my travel bag and my gym bag. It’s lightweight, compact, and fairly quiet. The Theragun Mini has given me all of the relief I need just in a smaller form factor. The Theragun Mini will charge via a USB-C cable that is provided and will then be able to provide 150 minutes of total battery life. There are 3 speed settings to allow for maximum comfort and relief to get that blood flow moving. I have liked the ergonomic design of this particular gun and have relied on it heavily for after workout recovery. The shape of this massage gun allows me to maneuver it over my body easier because it’s less in weight and more compact. Places like my neck and shoulders tend to be easier to massage while performing maintenance on myself. The rubberized grip feels secure in my hands and gives me confidence that I have a good grasp of the device. Therabody uses a QuietForce Technology which allows me to use this without disurbing others around me. PRO: Compact Powerful Lightweight CON: Lack of color options

Love this little theragun! So lightweight and easy to pack on the go for any trip (when we go hiking and I KNOW I’m going to be sore afterwards). The amount of power it packs and the length of each charge is INCREDIBLE! Definitely recommend to anyone who works out, does a decent amount of yardwork, or even just an active lifestyle.!

Super compact yet it packs a punch! I got this for travel as I get tension headaches when driving long hours and it’s so wonderfully portable that I don’t think about it until I need it. The body itself is reasonable ergonomic making it gently on the hand when working out sore muscles and light enough that doesn’t fatigue your arms/hands after a short session. It goes everywhere I do and has come in handy at the gym as well! I highly recommend…even over its “lite” and full theragun siblings.

The thing I love the most it’s that it’s portable, I always take it with me and use it to warm up my muscles before a gym session. The power holds up pretty good, it lasts about a week. The app is great and shows you how to use it

I use this product on myself and other family members almost daily. The battery life is surprisingly enough for everyone to receive treatment daily every night for about a week. This product is only charged once a week. I appreciate the shape of the product however it is a bit heavy. I enjoy how portable this massager is but due to its weight it is one that I leave home when traveling.

Really useful and convenient. The small size makes it easier to carry about and travel with. Fits in the hands comfortably and not heavy. It has 3 attachments that can pin-point to where you need to go. They have from a smaller size to get those smaller hard to reach areas up to something more broad for bigger areas like thighs and back. Really relaxes the muscles. I have a hard time with tight muscles and a hard time getting comfortable. Using this massager has greatly helped.
