I constantly suffer from neck and upper back pain. I'm not sure if it's due to stress or something else, but there are times when I wish someone could massage that area for me. The Theragun has been incredibly helpful in alleviating that pain. I also experience aches in other parts of my body, which I’m sure is just a part of getting older, haha. One specific area where I find relief using the Theragun is the femoral head, which connects my thigh to my hip. It might seem like a strange place to use it, but oh my goodness, it feels fantastic! I've also been using it on my husband's feet, and the relief he feels afterward is remarkable. I'm so glad I don’t have to do the massaging myself anymore. The Theragun comes with three attachments, a charging cable, and a travel bag to keep everything organized. The app is a must-have; it’s packed with tips, music, and routine videos on how to use the Theragun. This app has been extremely useful for me, and I often revisit it to learn how to use the device properly. The speeds are incredibly powerful; even on the lowest setting, it remains strong. While I don’t mind the intensity, a slightly lower setting would be nice. I do feel a little sore the day after using it, but I would rather experience that soreness than be in pain. The Theragun is a bit heavy for me since I have short arms and a petite frame, so after a few minutes, I usually have to put it down.

Works great, charge lasts a very long time, powerful and blue to bear down to get deep massage without stalling. A little pricey but initial quality seems worth it.

Works just as described. Strong enough to maintain itself when massaging my knots out. Batter life is pretty good as well.

Started off buying cheaper brands on amazon that i thought were doing the trick but would die very quickly and need to be repurchased. Found one i liked on sale at best buy and pulled the trigger… forever grateful, from the way the different attachments are inserted you could tell qualitu was way better, added phone app to help target whatever specific muscles made it even more legit and mainstream…

The green is so pretty, and the product is exceptional. Must need after a workout and on rest days!

Have replaced most of my foam rolling with this gun. Helps to effectively target areas where it would be more difficult on the roller. Battery last quite a while only needing a charge once a week. (typically use twice a day before a workout and once before bed) USB C port for charging and easy to travel with. Would recommend!

I have owned and gifted several of these Theraguns and we have all loved them. This new gen is even better than the ones prior and I love that it comes in other colors also. The battery life is amazing and they are so good at working out sore and knotted muscles in just a few minutes.

I bought this as a gift for a serious athlete and he loves it and uses it every day and especially after a workout. It's pretty straightforward to use, power buttons are simple, and the shape makes it easy to use on multiple parts of your body. It's not super quiet but it doesn't bother us. If you want silent then this isn't the one for you.

Thera gun is the best massage gun on the market. It sells it a premium price, but there’s no comparison. My massage gun didn’t work after four weeks. I took it back to Best Buy and they gave me a new one on the spot no questions. But I am a “preferred customer” which I would recommend everyone subscribe to.

It’s a great massager when it’s on and has great battery life. The build quality is lacking. The casing is made of cheap plastic, feels like it’s going to break. The power button is a little difficult to turn on and off. You need to hold the button for a few seconds, but the button is set in a way it is not the easiest to press.

Excellent choice. I massage both lower and upper legs before bedtime. Very relaxing and improves sleep experience; especially, fewer leg cramps.

This Theragun is easy to use and and affordable. Hits the spots you need when using yourself or if someone is using it on your back, legs or where ever.

I’ve been using my Theragun for neck pain, and it’s been a game changer. The deep muscle relief it provides helps loosen tight spots and reduce tension almost immediately. It’s especially effective after a long day or when my neck feels stiff from poor posture or stress. The different speed settings let me control the intensity, and I can target the exact muscles that are bothering me. It’s now part of my daily routine, totally worth it.

Bought this for my son who uses it faithfully after every basketball practice or game for recovery. I used recently for recovery after shoulder pain from shoveling snow. It is excellent! Relieved pain and no stiffness whatsoever.

We have owned three massage guns prior to this one. I bought this 3 years ago and was impressed. I decided to review it because 3 years have passed and the power, function settings(changing between heads and button to change pulse), and battery still work the same. The other cheaper ones failed in battery, broken charger port, pulse button stopped working... This is the best massage gun. I bet it will last 10 more years.

If you have a lot of muscle tension, a lot of achy muscle. This is a device for you. You definitely must have it a little on the pricey side.

Good massager, definitely more powerful than the sense but not as pretty. Useful for post gym soreness. Have tried cheaper versions but didn’t come close to the theragun.

My husband really loves this Valentine's gift! He enjoys playing basketball but often experiences muscle soreness after exercising. Previously, we only did simple massages, which provided temporary relief. Now, with this Theragun, it has truly made a difference in our lives. I highly recommend it to everyone! The only downside is that this Theragun is heavier than we expected. For men, the weight should be fine, but for women who want to use it to relieve back pain, it might be difficult to handle on their own
