I use it everyday to warm up for the gym as well as reduce tension at work. However, there are multiple models and they are all great. Perhaps look into the cheaper options because the pro is a bit overkill.

I personally found the theragun to be slightly more helpful than a foam roller. The benefit being you can into areas that you can’t quite get with a roller or other tools.
