Excellent product! I was hesitant to pay the price for this message gun. From the first time I used it till now that I have used it for over a month, I am glad I did, I'm very satisfied with the results. Powerful, durable material. It was a great investment. I recommend it.

Great when it works. Original purchase in 2020 and it worked great until it broke in 2021. Therabody sent a replacement unit which has broken again. They won’t replace it again as it’s out of the warranty which is based on original purchase. Two broken units in three years. Same issue with both where the battery compartment breaks and the battery won’t insert. If you want a massage gun that lasts longer than a year and half before breaking, I’d look elsewhere.

It is not a fault of Best Buy. You will receive batteries that read G3 and they will last less than 60 min. They have doing that knowingly. I bought from Amazon (not Amazon's fault) and directly from them, have a couple of friends and I HAVE NOT seen a battery that reads G4. Theragun sell PRO Batteries -separately- that cost 59 dollars EACH that they say last 150 min. Batteries that are supposed to come with the device in the first place. My gun lasted right at 2 years. I was offered a 20% discount for a new one. For the price, it should last longer or they should have a place to send for repairs.

I purchased the Theragun and enjoyed it while it lasted. When the product stopped working, I took pictures and called the company but they said since it was slightly over the warranty date, there was nothing they could do about it. They also said there was nowhere I could get it fixed. So basically it ends up being a $600 paperweight. Paying that much money for a product that claims to be high quality, and it breaking and leaving me with zero options to fix it is very frustrating.

I only used my expensive Theragun occasionally and only for personal use, and I was surprised when the custom battery charger died. When I contacted Theragun, their "Customer Experience" team simply says that they do not provide any support or replacement parts. Instead they recommend that I simply buy a new Theragun!

Amazing when it works. Mine is less than a year old and has already stopped working and they will not replace becuase my model is discontinued. It is a breach of contract for them to not honor the warranty when the product was no misused or abused in any way. Their answer was it is no longer manufactred so sorry about your bad luck. They never once asked me to send it in, send pictures....Nothing! They do not stand by their products and it came with a 2 year warranty.

It broke down after a month. It took them a whole month to send me a new one. Their customer support is the worst ever. I strongly don't recommend buying an item from this company.
