I use this thing to absolutely CRUSH my muscles. It comes with different attachments to target different areas, so you have a variety of ways to release those tight muscles. BE CAREFUL, you can hurt yourself if you do not use this thing the right way. Be gentle at first and then go up in intensity as you learn how your body responds.

Very powerful massage gun. A little heavy and bulky to hold but the odd looking triangular shape makes it easy to hang on to. The head can pivot but you’ll need to return it to the default position to fit back in the case. Extra battery but if you’re using it at home you probably won’t need it. Charges quickly and last for multiple sessions. You only use it for a few minutes a day.

This thing is amazing. My mother who has arthritis cannot use massagers because her bones are sensitive and they hurt whenever a massager it used. However, there is a nice soft foam head that is perfect for my mom. I went through about 4 difference massagers before settling on this one. However, this this is kind of heavy and it is not as easy to massage your own back. I have tried multiple angles and my arms get tired after a while.

Game changer. Just do it. I’ve wasted so much time and money trying to avoid this investment. Dont be like me.

This was definitely a big purchase as compared to its competitors but it was definitely worth it. The build quality is really good and it does exactly what its intended to do. The design of it helps to get all the hard to reach spots and the numerous attachments, extra battery pack, adjustable rate, and the app to help provide routines to help work certain muscles are exactly what its needed to help justify the high end cost.

Best after workout messager. I love using this after work to decompress.

I had heard about the Theragun massager from a CF buddy and decided to treat myself this holiday season. The theragun pro is awesome, and I use it every day now. Even my 15-yr old son has started using it too. Highly recommend. Have used most of the attachments and the battery life is long. It’s a tad loud but nothing you can’t ignore while watching Netflix. Treat yourself, and your muscles and body will thank you.
