It's very light and easy to use to work on various body parts that are sore. The different attachments are helpful as well. I was initially concerned that it had less attachments than other products but have found the three options are plenty.

Love the Theragun by Therabody

Needless to say it is such a praised and loved gift. Tried it myself, and will be getting one for me ASAP! It helps so much with muscle soreness, body fatigue and tightness, and everyday stress. It has an ergonomic shape that allows for easy grip and handling. Definitely recommend.

We both have very active jobs and are so sore after a long day of work so I highly recommend this to anybody who is doing sports or active in their job force. I cannot recommend Theragun the brand itself enough!

Amazing Pain Relief

I actually bought it as a gift for my SO, but I use it for muscle aches and tension headaches. I wish it worked for migraines, but you can't have everything. I suggest that you use it after a workout, before you feel sore, for best results.
