This little thing here is a monster! I’m very active, I work out and play a lot of basketball so I’m usually extremely sore. The theragun is my go to as soon as I get home from a l omg day of whatever it is I’m doing to get into my sore muscles and get me relaxed. I even use it when I don’t work and just want a massage basically because of its different speeds and attachments. Everyone needs one of these in there homes for sure.

I live an extremely active lifestyle and the older I get the more my body takes a complete beating. If you need some quick to relieve any soreness and massage your muscles this is the product to buy. I’ve tried different massage guns before but none of them compared to the theragun. I had the old theragun and that one was awesome. It was a little On the louder side. But this one is extremely quiet so it makes it easier to use anywhere and not cause a seen. I deff recommend this to anybody who lives an active lifestyle like myself. I train twice a day 6 days a week so the theragun has deff been a life saver for myself!
