Replaced my need for therapeutic massages

For years my go-to for relief has been regular therapeutic massages. This massage gun has worked so well since I started using it though that I may never have to get another professional massage. I'm honestly shocked at how effective it is, especially considering it isn't painful like a therapeutic massage. I highly recommend this product if you have any neck or shoulder tension.

The Theragun definitely helped the areas that were sore. After the first session I felt less muscle soreness for about an hour, but the pain came back. I used the gun more frequently after that. For example, use the Theragun for 2-5 minutes, wait 30 minutes and repeat. I would say it definitely shortened the time my back is normally sore by about 2 days.
